==Technology== The Slanera realise their spears are only good for hunting, what if they come across others like themselves? They gather once again and try to think up another way to defend themselves against sentients. The Slanera pit their minds together, and found a way to throw Ramel blades further than usual. The Slanera realise that if they tie tree fibres to strong and flexible pieces of Frilla wood they can propel objects a reasonable distance. At first the shoot pieces of wood, but the one Lem ties a piece of pointed stone/flint to the end of the arrow and they notice it can pierce the flesh of animals at a reasonable distance. (Hope I didn't go overboard, thought a 17 called for something good.) The leaders of the tribe send the warriors to catch some of the Fluz to see if the goo or hair can be used. After some Lem gets the itches, they manage to capture about a dozen of the little buzzers. After some investigation, they manage to find out that the Fluz' fur causes irritation not only to the Lem, but also to other creatures. Some Lem stick these Fluz-fur with the sticky goo near the tip of their arrows. The Slanera practise with their bow and arrows, they designate certain warriors to train with Bow and others with Spear. They then think about how each weapon could best be used for warfare. They discovered Simple Tactics! Since the archers are good at long-range attacks, but weak in close-range, an archer is partnered with a spearman. The archer shoots from behind the spearman, while the spearman waits for the volley to end. When the volley ends, or the archer is in trouble, the spearman can charge and land the final blow to the enemy.
