==Worshippers== As there is no one church and much knowledge of the faith has been lost, there are many ways to worship the Sleeping God. Farmers and guildsmen living in the civic centers follow a simple and superstitious variation of the faith, whilst the cults inhabiting the various ruined temples consider themselves the one true faith and the others [[heretic]]s. Some believe that the god has died and been reborn, and must still be worshipped, even though he doesn't remember who he was, whilst others say that he sleeps and must be awakened. ===Thanhotepics=== Thanhotepics are the [[cleric]]s of the Sleeping God, and are mainly found among the outcasts and farmers of the Charonti society, though occasionally a scholar becomes a cleric. Some of them believe themselves to be the last custodian of the true faith of Thanhotep, and surround themselves with their undead minions and fanatical worshippers, after excavating one of the ancient temples. Those that live in the civic centers hold private ceremonies in the homes of friends and are called upon by the more traditional Charonti during births, marriages, and deaths.
