There are actually quite a few spells with infinite scaling that benefit from this build. Here are a few examples:
#Oasis - discharges 5 gallons/level of water per hour. With the above caster level, that's discharging 20,542,291 gallons ''per second''. Couple that with the fireball trick above, and you could evaporate several millions of gallons of water, instantly. If your GM allows physics to proceed as they should, you'd have pressure capable of turning mountains into sand.
#Major Creation - creates a cubic foot of material per caster level. Enjoy creating several billion cubic feet of platinum several miles in the air and dropping it on your least favorite continent. Doing the math, your 14,790,450,216 cubic feet of platinum would weigh 2,400,677,871,768.4 pounds (1,200,338,935.8842 tons). At a terminal velocity of roughly 300mph, this would generate ~9,792,755,526,178,829 Joules of force on impact.
#Mass Suffocation - Target 1 creature/2 levels. Deprive an entire nation of oxygen.
