While the group is preparing, Matt has to remind Orion again about casting two concentration spells.
Orion: Oh, right, so I don't cast it then.
Matt: "Keep that in mind."

Orion casts a Pillar spell, the enemies save, and Orion tells Matt they still take damage. They should not. A save means they avoid being lifted, thus avoiding damage when thrust into a ceiling. FURTHERMORE, Orion piggybacks the Pillar spell with sorcery points to cast a Quickened Spell, so he must now use a cantrip, but instead casts a 4th level Blight spell.
