However, he is just as passionate about things he cares about, and talks a ''lot.''  He passes on information to Bae'chea, provided she does proper homage to the Dragons.<br>

She tends to be a bit gullible and arrogant, and gossips almost constantly about anything that comes to mind whenever Bai'chea visits for tea.  She isn't fully aware that Bai'chea is a patrician and would actively disbelieve it if she was told. <br>
'''Mentor 3''' - [http://public4.tektek.org/img/av/0902/d16/1831/12d4543.png Senator Peleps Danic Gican] is a skilled member of the Greater Chamber, an upstanding Water Aspect of his House... and a childhood friend of Vibrant Sparrow, Bai'chea's grandmother.  Gican had a childhood infatuation with the woman that never has wholly died, even after she actually did.  He holds Bai'chea in high regard, especially due to her budding skill in the senate.  He watches Bae'chea with a mixture of pride and sadness, but doesn't push the matter of a possible relationship any further, no matter how much he hopes otherwise.<br>
'''Resources 3''' - One of the first things Bai'chea began to do after she was given a small allowance was invest it into businesses, added by her childhood acquaintance Euphemious.  With a bit of luck and intelligence, the small sum not only grew, but has become self-sustaining, allowing the woman to work on more important things, such as her duties as a Senator.  Euphemious has joked that he skims off of Bai'chea, but the truth of the matter is... Bai'chea is smart enough to allow the Dragonblooded to take a commission.<br>
