Jean Wells in 1981 brought this stupidity to [[Palace of the Silver Princess]], as the Ubue: here, the two outer heads are always the opposite from the inner, and the outer heads determine gender. After that module got laughed off the face of [[Mystara]], ''Fiend Folio'' instead brought the Tirapheg: its mouth is in the abdomen, with tentacles above it. The two side-heads are featureless and the middlehead hermaphroditic. The Tirapheg is an unpredictable creature but somehow is listed Neutral rather than Chaotic. There was no place for the Tirapheg until the Spelljammer line.
