*A character can start play with one item that has a Cost rating equal to their Resources rating. Such a purchase after creation would lower the Resources rating as normal. 
*Dawn Caste Anima also adds +2 DV for each point of Essence the Dawn has over the attackers Valor
*The act of spending or committing Peripheral essence is what adds to anima flare levels; keeping essence committed does not result in instant 16+ anima flare upon spending 1m. 
*Each dot of Occult = One free degree of Thaum! because mortal sorcery is babies
* SPELL PACKS: free with the purchase of the circle of your choice.
Terrestrial Circle Sorcery: Death of Obsidian Butterflies (or some other attack spell, check with me,), Demon of the First Circle OR Summon Elemental,
Stormwind Rider (or some other travel spell, again, check with me), and Emerald Countermagic.
Celestial Circle Sorcery: Demon of the Second Circle, Sapphire Countermagic.
Solar Circle Sorcery: Demon of the Third Circle, Adamant Countermagic.
*At Chargen you can trade one charmslot for two spells, etc etc.  
*For giggles, spells bought post chargen are = 4 exp for terrestrial, 8 exp for celestial, and 12 exp for solar circle.
