Its largest domed town, aptly named "Luna City", is a vast academic city where all kind of subjects are taught and learned. Luna is also famous for Tranquility Valley, a special school where esper and psionic powers are studied and developed with a rigid, scientific approach. Luna is fiercely independent and with a long-standing tradition of armed neutrality.
