===Background=== 
	Once upon a time, Artionn who in life was known as Halycon was a Dragon-Blooded officer in one of the Realm's many military regiments. He was an exceptional leader but never recognized for his talents, as higher-standing nobles around him ascending the chain of command and his position remained fairly stagnant. He wasn't from the Realm, but rather a recruited lost egg, and in time due to this his patriotism waned and his force stood against the Realm's in defense of a more morally-sound cause. He and his forces were mercilessly slaughtered and in his lust for revenge the Exaltation sought him - and now, all goodness is consumed and his reckless desire to wipe out the Realm is what drives him forward. 

===Appearance=== 
	Artionn fancies wearing an officer's uniform with badges indicating his standing and honorable achievements, but they mean nothing to anybody as though they were given by totally alien superiors, perhaps Dowager. The uniform is black with a pair of bandoliers over his chest and opposite shoulders carrying ammunition or other objects of use to his campaign. His weaponry is generally kept sheathed perfectly vertical on his back, this being possible considering his remarkable seven foot stature.
