== Backgrounds == 

*Liege ●●●●●: Scalpel gets many bonuses for her skill with neurosurgery, and has almost any resource she needs for her experiments. She's highly favored in his courts for her inventions and he often consults her on necrosurgery. However, this gives her hardly any time to pursue her own hobbies; instead she has to give up most of her time to do what her master wants her to do. Lucky for her, most of the times her master wants her to indulge in her hobbies. 
*Avatar ●●●: She hears Neverborn. Sometimes they have interesting things to say, sometimes not. Scalpel can usually figure out what they're talking about, she's a smart girl.
*Command ●: The Mask of Winters trusts Scalpel with some troops. It's only fair. She makes most of them. 
*Manse ●●●●- Ice Gem: This translucent, slightly bluish cube looks like a chunk of ice and stays perpetually cold. Whenever Scalpel desires, she can reflexively cover herself and all of her melee weapons with a brutally frigid aura of cold. As long as the target is not immune to cold all melee or unarmed attacks  inflict an additional +4L damage. Also, anyone who is not immune to cold suffers five dice of lethal damage if they strike her with an unarmed attack.
