stub A British roleplaying and tabletop wargaming company, largely focused on licensed games. Generally pretty good, though they did the Starship Troopers game and thus are responsible for those hideous lanky mobile infantry models. Though their Bablyon 5 game was shite and riddled with spelling errors. As was their Judge Dredd game. And the Conan game was plagued with accusations of plagiarism and legal issues. They did a new version of Paranoia that was all right. They also produced Mighty Armies, a pretty decent 15mm fantasy wargame that involved real tactics. Whoever they hire to do their sculpting should probably have their play-doh taken away from before they hurt themselves. == Products == * A Call to Arms: Star Fleet (a Star Trek space combat game) * Starship Troopers: The Miniatures Game (defunct) * Starship Troopers D20 (defunct) * Conan the Roleplaying Game (D20 version and unique system version) * Infernum * Judge Dredd Miniatures Game * Judge Dredd D20 (defunct) * A new edition of Paranoia * Traveller, including books for Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, Hammer's Slammers, and other settings. * The Slayer's Guide Book series, which is mostly 40-50 page books all about 1 specific monster type for GMs and Players, although there are 3 comedy books The Slayer's Guide to Female Gamers, The Slayer's Guide to Dungeon Masters, and The Slayer's Guide to Rules Lawyers * The Quintessential Kobold, if you plan to ever play a Kobold in 3rd, 3.5, or Pathfinder read this book, full of Equipment, Prestige Classes, Character Concepts, Feats, settlement Building, and Blood Awakening Magic. * Classic Play: Book of the Planes. A d20 plane-manual. Best at describing how to do planes; the planes they described are mixed in quality. The "Chasm" plane is very VERY similar to Jaquays' Chasm plane in M5: Talons of Night. * Slaine D20 (defunct) == See Also == == External Links == * Official website: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/
