'''Tzar Saltan''' is a ruler of Praag, the northernmost out of three big [[Kislev]] cities. Most of the information on him is extremely outdated and comes from First edition of Warhammer RPG. Bears the title of Tzar for some reason. Most of the time he whines about the Great War and the destruction of Praag, but when Chaos warbands arrives he turns into a sadistic jerk who cares only about killing and torturing Northern barbarians. Has a scimitar of unknown origin.

Notable in that Black Library (Beastslayer) had Praag ruled by a duke, Enric, who had a similar anti-chaos obsession. Then in a later WFRP Kislev splatbook the rulership of Praag is being kept deliberately vacant by Tzarina Katarin. This set was after the Storm of Chaos though, so maybe Saltan/Enrique died offscreen during that.
