Serpent Kingdoms is a splatbook for the Forgotten Realms released during the Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition phase of its lifecycle. It offers an in-depth examination at the scalykind of the Realms, breaking down their in-universe history, mythology, and current society, divided into sections based on races. It is the single largest sourcebook for Realmslore when it concerns not only major scalykind races like the Yuan-ti and Lizardfolk, but also lesser scalykind, such as saurials, asabi, firenewts and more, even examining the ur-race from which they all sprang, the sarrukh.
The book is famous for being one of the requirements to build the infamous Pun-Pun.
