Spookums is Kaptin Bluddflagg's Kommando Nob from Dawn of War II: Retribution. He has moments of subtlety when he can use his Infiltrate ability to close on enemy positions, but you can be sure that things won’t remain quiet for long. Destruction and flying bodies are likely to follow, even if it turns out that the flying body is Spookums. Notable achievements include beating the hell out of everything with a grappling hook, and once attempting to camouflage himself in molten rock (Mork knows he ain't trying that again). He is also kind of like an orky Batman.
