A Mary Sue is a character that is often, but not always, a shameless self-insert, usually very poorly developed and with no flaws and stupid powers/abilities. /tg/ hates Mary Sues. Unfortunately, /tg/s definition for Mary Sue is more broad than its definition for weeaboo.
