A troll is a person who post inflammatory comments to try and start a fight on the internet.
They are to be given a rating on a scale of 10, based on how subtle they are in their trolling, if it's an amusing troll, and general quality of their post.
e.g.
"Hey gaiz, 4e lolololol" merits 0/10
There are no examples of a 10/10 at this time, as trolls are usually children who aren't intelligent enough to post quality material.
