Background

To be added.

Age: 35 (approx.)

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 187 lbs

Eyes: blue

Hair: brown

Facial Hair: goatee

Tattoos: none

Alan is tall but somewhat narrow-shouldered, and is beginning to show excess weight. A combination of hard living, hard drinking, and accumulated injuries make him appear older than he is, an effect enhanced by his ill-kempt, short hair and scraggly goatee. Alan's left eye is mostly blind, capable of discerning only shades of light and dark and movement, and has a milky, dead appearance. His remaining eye is a sharp blue; he is difficult to look in the eye. Alan sports various scars and healed wounds from his years as a 'man-for-hire,' including a brand under his left arm, over his heart.

Alan has a blunt personality and is mistrustful. He dislikes being indebted to anyone and will go out of his way to "even the scores" to his own satisfaction. Alan is something of a coward and a drifter, and wanders without committing himself to any particular cause or goal. He generally concerns himself with practical matters - eating, drinking, sleeping, fucking - rather than metaphysical or ethical ones. He is uncomfortable around others, which sometimes leads him to be coarse, awkward, or rude. He has no particular taste for killing but, once committed to violence, is adept at it.
