It's a Touhou tabletop RPG. It has apparently existed for several years now, it's just that we've only gotten scans of it this year. Do I need to explain it any further?

The book was passed around as a set of scanned pages via Rapidshare and Mediafire.
As of July 17, 2010, the book has been completely translated to English and a more readable PDF document is available from MediaFire. Share and enjoy.
