Wraith: The Arising is a yet another fanmade game line for the New World of Darkness. Unlike most of the others we have pages for, it's an adaptation of Wraith: The Oblivion from the Old World of Darkness to the new setting (with some elements of Orpheus and Exalted: The Abyssals) rather than something created from scratch.
You're someone who died, and now you have to figure out what to do now that you're in the underworld. Each Wraith is visually and mentally marked by the form their Death took, and has a voice in their head called a Shadow that is a reflection of the darker aspect of their personality. There are also factions called Concords based around political and philosophical reactions to the underworld.
