A beaked, tentacled, eyeless, wormlike creature from Dungeons and Dragons, similar to both Carrion Crawlers in their worminess and Grell in their beakiness, and while they may appear to be eyeless like Grell at first glance, they have a pair of tiny, beady eyes which are weak to sunlight.
