The [[Eldar]] needed a fancy jetfighter to allow them to dominate the battle and thus they came up with the Hemlock Wraithfighter. This fast flying vessel is manned with a [[spiritseer]] along with [[soulstone|spiritstones]]. This most likely allows them to use some nifty psychic predicting to get the best targets. This is good, because armed with two heavy D-scythes this thing can do swift hit and run attacks to wrack your army's shit up.
