Master Mimes (no, not Mr. Mime), also called Athistaurs, are a type of Harlequin. Director of the Mimes of the masque, the Master Mime advises the High Avatar on the technical aspects of warfare and performance, including espionage and politics. On the stage, the Master Mime often takes on the most difficult or leading role. In performance the Master Mime joins the other Mimes, generally playing the most prominent and demanding Daemon or mystic role.
As Mimes themselves act as infiltrators and assassins, it can be safely assumed that the Master Mime is the equivalent of the Imperium Grandmaster of the Assasins in terms of role and skill that is more fun and filled with endless lulz.
Master Mimes are the head honcho of not only the Mimes but also lesser Harlequin troupes as well, if there is no higher authority present. Master Mimes possibly are equipped with all types of stealth and covert weapons, it would not be surprising if they come equipped with a super advance strangle wire made of mono-crystallized filaments that is filed to the brim with toxins. Master Mimes can also be equipped with hyper advance chameleon armor that would blend in to their surroundings.
Tabletop
On the tabletop, since Master Mimes and Mimes are from the old days when GeeDubs was cool, when the Emperor's Children had weaponized sonic guitars and when the Squats were alive in their Land Trains, you can expect that their rules and play style is quite outdated now.
Anyways, Master Mimes are special in that he/she does not have to be deployed with the other Mimes. So the trick is. You get your Mimes to infiltrate and be put into position. Then when your opponent writes them off to focus on other more 'dangerous' things(Solitaire and Death Jester are quite a common target), you then use the opportunity infiltrate a Master Mime and you now have a tooled up monster in with the other Mimes. With the Mimes on the board and him in reserve you still get disruption rolls, so have fun with you killer French stereotypes. Also, rolling 6 on a Stormglove.
