Generally pretty good, though they did the Starship Troopers game and thus are responsible for those hideous lanky mobile infantry models. They also produced Mighty Armies, a pretty decent 15mm fantasy wargame that involved real tactics.
Whoever they hire to do their sculpting should probably take some lessons before coming out with another miniature range, though.
