Echelon

Echelon is a fantasy, slightly steampunk setting and game system written by a guy called Richard.

Apparently it is "low magic, low fantasy, indiana jones meets tomb raider in 1790 with added airships."

The system is a 5d10 system that uses 2 stats for all rolls and has a rock-paper-scissors magic arrangement. The current version of the rules is apparently 0.1.3, and is available under a creative commons license.
