Grells are a monster from Dungeons and Dinners. They look like floating brains with jellyfish tentacles and bird painis. Although they are very intelligent and are capable of using magic, they are completely obsessed with dinner. Non grell lifeforms are only DINNER, or gay, or painis to them. They got an entire chapter dedicated to them in Lords of Dinner.
