Jiralhanae Guns
Blunt, primitive, crude but affective, these are what makes up the guns and weaponry of the Jiralhanae. Because of their design, it is quite common for people to confuse them for Ork weaponry. Pretty much all of the guns from the Jiralhanae are built as tough and rigid as possible, caring what little range and poor accuracy, in exchange for a brutal melee weapon that would make even an Ork Nob impress for their "Choppyness" and "Shootyness". Because of this, within months after the Covenant first came to this universe, pretty much, every Ork within their vicinity were sporting Jiralhanae weapons; making local Imperial Xenologist nervous at this frightening aspect of Ork and Covenant friendship and relationship.
Mauler
This shotgun-esque pistol from the Jiralhanae, was first inspired by Imperial Shotguns that they ravaged and loot on ungaurded Imperial worlds. While the range is short and almost pitiful, it makes up for its immensely powerful shock wave and firepower that is so powerful, that a normal human carrying it would have their entire arm ripped out of their sockets. Like all Jiralhanae weapons, knives are a standard issue on this weapon.
- Because of their loud bang and shock wave of this supposed "Small Fire-arm" and with their added three-inched carbon-fiber steel knife attached at the bottom. They are a favorite among Ork Stormboyz and a "Trusty Slugga" for higher Ork Nobs and Warbosses.
Spiker
The standard issue fire-arm for a Jiralhanae, although they use it more like a SMG. These nasty looking weapons with two four-inched long knife bayonets are considered as popular choice for these Brutes. Accurate, quick to reload, loud, and easy to create, this crude weapon does have a few flaws however, one of them is the frequent jamming and over-heating due to the sheer rate-of-fire shot from this guns, and the other are the "Spikes" pitiful range and apparent low velocity that sometimes even Flak armor could survive glancing shots. Fortunately however the weapons "Spikes" are four-inched long, super-heated metal shards that could slice and bisect an entire human with relative ease, negating those flaws if fire correctly. When the Imperium first met these weapons, they thought how could a two-foot long "Assault Rifle" shoot out over thirty, four-inched long spikes in such a small magazine. The answer was, as demonstrated by the local Tech-priests, that the magazine actually contain small metal ball bearings, that are "Stretched and Super-heated" by the weapons primitive rail-gun schematics.
Brute Shot
Considered as the "Captains Cannon" by the local Imperial Guardsmen, these heavy and brutish weapons are mentioned as the prime favorite for Jiralhanae captains, hence the nickname. These brutish Grenade Launchers fire out 40-60mm High-Explosive, Armor Piercing, Deutrium-Cored Rounds. Such explosive power could rip apart Spacemarines like Tin-foil and even crack open Terminator Armor. Like the Spiker, the Brute Shot uses primitive rail-gun schematics as their base of firing; and like tradition before them, are equipped with one huge massive bayonet at the back of the gun, in which the Jiralhanae would happily use it as a makeshift axe.
- Like all Jiralhanae weapons, it is considered normal to see Ork Nobs and Warbosses, carrying such dangerous weaponry, as they consider both "Choppy" and "Shooty", and is seen as a symbol of status, power, privilege and give other Orkboyz envy.
35mm Autocannon
The primary offensive weapon of the Brute Choppers. On each Brute Chopper, it is mounted with four linked forward-firing 35mm auto cannons. This cannon is incredibly powerful, and its ammunition is probably a larger form of the Spiker round as studied by local Xenologists, such cannons fire out massive shells that could penetrate, maim and seriously rip apart vehicles and infantry alike. Coupled with its brutal designs and role, this makes the Brute Chopper notorious among the Imperial Guard for its mass vehicle casualty rates, only leaving wrecked and mutilated Imperial vehicles, strewn across the battlefields.
