It’s a big planet killing spaceship. It was the flagship of Abbadon the Despoiler's Black Fleet during the 12th failed attempt to conquer the Imperium. It appears several times in the Campaign of Battlefleet Gothic Armada, an awesome video game based during Failadon's temper tantrum mark 12.
