Pun Pun

Pun Pun is a kobold character build for D&D 3rd edition, created by optimizing Touhous at Gleemax. It exploits several feedback loops in the game mechanic to create a character that has all stats set at an infinite value and is thus unbeatable, except by the Ultimate Encounter.
