For some reason, the stupid artist of this picture painted the Chapter Master in the colours of the Flesh Tearers and left out his cigar.

Temperus Maximus is the Chapter Master of the Angry Marines, by virtue of being the angriest Marine in the chapter, if not in the entire Imperium of Man. He's got a pair of chainfists with assault cannons built in and Khorne is fucking scared of this guy.

The angriest Motherfucker in a chapter of angry Motherfuckers.

It is belived by many imperial citizens that Temperus Maximus is the holy equvilent of a deamon prince since his anger is beyond even the Emperahs comprehension.

It is also belived that he can become so ANGRY and ENRAGED by fighting his enemys that he can create a huge temporal void of purist rage around him, according to legend he can vapourise entire planets due to the extensive rage that is so great the the universe simply keels over and dies around him, and entire chapter of chaos, the World Pealers where utterly destroyed by this effect.
