EVENT IDEAS:

Meatbread tasting contest (Have a series of panel judges taste each individual meatbread selection. Attempt to get some "Celebrity" Guests. Maybe the guy who writes OOTS or the guys that do Erfworld. Maybe a DM from Dragon Magazine, I dunno, work with me here)

Miniature Contest. One for WHFB, 40k, Warmachine, and one purely /tg/ related.

Skub, SkubMachine, Skubs of War, etc rooms.

Areas to play pen and paper games.

Magic tournaments (try to get them sanctioned?)

Vampire: The Eternal Struggle tourney (try to get them sanctioned)

Pokemon, YuGiOh, and other lesser CCG's get a room.

maybe a LARP area for the LARPfags?

Vendor's area is a definite. Bitz, Books, and Dice always a favorite.

RAGE ROOM (Rage Room. Outside of it, all arguments about [4e/furries/politics] are strictly prohibited. It'll likely degenerate into a trollfest, but that's better than having it fucking up other areas.) This is the only thing really needed to make RAGECON succesful.
