-Chicago- Chicago may/may not be nuked due to it being the 3rd most populated city in the US. Militarily, it has some value as an hub for pre-exchange travel, yet gang warfare made it a cesspool of crime. Should an exchange happen, and please note that this is from the perspective of a non-native; the rivaling gangs would carve up territory and may even make some alliances to conquer the nearby counties
