House Rules
Firing unreliable weapons in suppressing fire:
Unreliable weapons will jam on an to hit roll of 86 or more when being used to fire suppressing fire.
Firing semi-auto in suppressing fire:
The initial test to avoid being pinned is at +20
Language
Commissars and Ministorum Priest start with Linguistics(Low Gothic) and can speak the Heghland language
Guardsmen start with Linguistics(Heghland)
The Heghland language has countless dialects. Although all members of the 1st have learned to speak it to each other, coming to understand their different ways of saying the same thing during training, interaction with a Heghland native from outside the 1st Regiment can be complicated. Complex concepts require a Linguistics(Heghland) test to understand. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is assumed that all characters are speaking Low Gothic.
The Heghland written language is far from complete and is mostly used for signs and small notices. Each region of Heghland has it's own form written language for expressing more complex concepts. Even then few are schooled in the more expressive language. Understanding complex concepts from a text written in the Heghland language requires a Linguistics(Heghland) test.
Getting rid of insanity points:
You can remove insanity while your character is in a safe place (eg the camp) by PMing the GM how your character would attempt to center themselves (meditation, prayer, time spent on the shooting range etc) I'll give you an xp cost, amount of time it will take and a dice roll. Xp spent in this way is not added to your total. RP as you have described and roll, taking the total from your insanity points.
You cannot loose any more xp than you gained since the last time you had down time.
Dice Rolls:
All dice roles must be done on the IC Thread or OOC thread.
Turn ordering during an encounter:
During an encounter, if PCs turns are back to back they can be re-arranged in any order. They cannot ever be rearranged to go before an NPC. Example: The order is PC1, PC2, PC3, NPC1, PC4, NPC2
PC1, PC2 and PC3 can go in any order. But PC4 needs to wait until after NPC1's turn.
Character Sheets
Please keep your character sheet up to date on the your alias. When you spend experience, take damage to wounds or characteristics, gain or loose equipment, ammo counting, etc you need to update your character sheet.
