Celestial Chorus
"Jesus replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”"
- – Matthew 17:20 NIV
AKA Every Christian Rock Band if they were wizards. The Celestial Chorus are the religious sort in Mage: The Ascension that have a heavy musical and Catholic motif (seriously, the top of their hierarchy are literally called the Curia). Their members usually awaken during a particularly strong religious experience, particularly involving music. They believe that the magic comes from a divine source, meaning that they at least have a modicum of respect for other Traditions. The technocracy, on the other hand, is a different story.
Their big central conflict is between the fundamentalist Orthodox types (Septarians) and the Unitarian Universalist ones (Monists). The latter tends to be in focus when they're trying to be protagonists and the former when the writers want to say "Christianity bad!" because White Wolf. There are also the Guardian Orders, who are essentially Paladins. They rally against all the monsters in the World of Darkness, obviously with a focus on Vampires and Demons. They are friends with the Knights Templar, which is an indepedent/disparate craft.
