Warscroll
The common keywords in this warscroll are CHAOS and DRAGON OGOR.
Leaders
- Dragon Ogor Shaggoth: The Shaggoth is a pretty solid combat monster, with 10 wounds and a 4+ save. He also moves 12" at full health. The only problem with it is that it's not particularly good at anything, since it doesn't have any particular ability. The only one that it has restores D3 wounds to all the DRAGON OGORS on the field on a 4+, but this happens only when the roll to decide who takes the first turn in a battle round is a draw, so don't count on that. Both he and the DRAGON OGORS can be buffed by a specific spell that every wizard can cast when they are close to any THUNDERSCORN model, that heals D3 wounds and lets them reroll To Wound rolls. For what it does, the Shaggoth doesn't even cost that much, only 180 points.
Other troops
- Dragon Ogors: Much like their leader, the Dragon Ogors are tough models with 5 wounds and 4+ save that move 8" and can be used to hit fast and hard annoying enemy units. They can choose their weapons. I'd suggest the double Ancient Weapons, since they can't take any shield and the double weapon lets them reroll the 1s To Hit. Also like the Shaggoth, they can be buffed by the Summon Lightning spell. If you want to use the Dragon Ogors in your army, probably the best choice is to run a unit of 3 models with a Shaggoth, that can operate and go by itself and that will crush the opponent's units. The only things that these guys don't like are Mortal Wounds.
