Bo Levar is a planeswalker who appeared in the Apocalypse cycle as one of several planeswalkers enlisted by Urza to destroy the plane of Phyrexia. His achievements include running a successful interplanar smuggling operation, rescuing a substantial portion of Urza's Metathran army, protecting a merfolk archive from Yawgmoth's invasion, amassing a collection of cigars that anyone would be proud of, the destruction of the plane of Phyrexia, and getting under Urza's skin on a regular basis. 

All in all, a fine character. It's kind of a bummer that WOTC killed him permanently.
