The Dungeon Master's Guide, abbreviated as DMG, is one of the three volumes that Wizards insists on republishing and revising every edition of Dungeons & Dragons. It basically tries to teach you how to be a good Dungeon Master (DM), despite the fact that good DMing comes from experience, not reading the Idiot's Guide to DMing. If you are a first time DM, it is probably worth reading, probably not worth buying. Has some rules and tables in it that aren't in the Player's Handbook for those of you who play rules-heavy D&D.

Basically, a decent introduction to DMing. Other than that, a waste of money.
