Magical Burst is a homebrew game produced by /tg/ in the years following the original release of Madoka Magica. It uses a tri-stat system to represent magical girls being powered by anger and hate (Fury), love and friendship (Heart), and raw magic (Magic). It is rules-light. The signature mechanic is a kind of magical feedback that players acquire by rolling crits or using powers, which must be discharged through phenomena ranging from distortions (minor weirdness) to Changes which can be temporary or permanent, all the way up to the titular Magical Burst.
