Lolipope
Jaela Daran (also known as the Loli-pope, or Jaelbait) is The Keeper of the Flame, highest-level cleric and pontiff-in-training for the order of the Silver Flame in the Eberron campaign setting. She is of commoner origins, humble, modest, dresses in grey or black muted clothes, walks barefoot, and keeps her hair short (a lock of her hair is prematurely silver, a mark of the Silver Flame). She's pretty much an expy for the pope of the Roman Catholic Church, except instead of being elected she is called by the Voice of the Silver Flame and communes directly with the divine. Not everyone is certain which of the three entities inside the fire likes her the most.
She is also eleven years old. With 21 Charisma. She assumed power when she was six years old. Jaela helped guide Thrane through the peace talks after The Last War and has developed into a caring and forceful leader despite her young age. It isn’t unusual for a Keeper so young to be selected, but it hasn’t happened since the nation denied its king and became a theocracy.
The leadership of Thrane is preparing to resume the crusade as soon as they can, which Jaela opposes to the utmost of her abilities, as she sees the civil war as a futile endeavour and wishes Thrane's power would be directed to wiping out true evil.
Note that she's about six times as powerful within the confines of Flamekeep (Silver Flame's Vatican-equivalent) than she is outside (18th level vs 3rd in the 3.5e book).
Her pet is Skaravojen, a one-of-a-kind ugly six-legged beast that Cathedral's guards call a dragonhound. It is a gentle, obedient creature most of the time. When it perceives a threat to the Keeper, Skaravojen murderizes the threat and does not stop until it's gone for good, relentlessly following it if it tries to run away. Jaela adores Skaravojen and at times engages it with games of fetch.
