Minotaurs are huge dudes with bull heads. Depending on the story, they range from just ordinary humans with the head of a cow to full fledged furries with hooves and fur and shit.

The Minotaurs are a chapter of Space Marines. Formed in the 13th founding, they were psychopathic berserkers. Then they vanished for a while, until they reappeared. Still huge assholes, they now seem to be in cahoots with the High Lords themselves, having shittons of Terminator and MK9 armour, with their Chapter Master having what appears to be a Custode Halberd, albeit with a powerful laser in it instead of a bolter. They seem to be used to kill off other Space Marine chapters. Also one of their Captains insulted Marneus Calgar right in the face of an Ultramarine descendent.
