Archmagos

A archmagos, is a big boi magos, there if very little clarification on what makes your normal nerd shack employee a archmagos but the closest reason I have found is owning a forge on mars itself (in the book series forges of mars (not cannon but best bet) the main archmagos needs his expedition to succeed or he will loose his forge holdings on mars, because he was already on thin ice for blowing up half his forge-world digging up a super ship. this means that most likely a magos must have enough esteem and politcal good boy points to get there own martian forge and be known as a archmagos. (this entire explanation may be wrong its just what I read in a book please don't hurt me )
