Motivation: Fight everyone until he's the best there is, then spend the rest of his life getting drunk, getting laid and fighting all challengers.

Anima Effect: Blue flames rising off him(like he's covered in burning alcohol) and a small group of blue flame sprites who frolic in the fire. No matter how often he tries, Whisper can't get them to go away.

Background
The son of a concubine of some Dragonblooded lord or another from the Realm, who left while pregnant with him. He was born outside the Realm, raised outside the Realm and started brawling outside the Realm. He's never been back, but odds are he's fought one or two travelling Dragonbloods from the realm at some point or another.
A loud, annoying braggard who nonetheless tends to fascinate people. The only thing he likes more than getting laid is drinking, and the only thing he likes more than drinking is fighting. He only fights people who are worth it(a challenge), who decide to challenge him or who are picking on those weaker than themselves(not because he cares about the weak, but it's being a bad sport.). He usually only fights to the death by accident or if there isn't time to be "gentle," after all, who's going to spread word of how bad-ass he is if he kills everyone he meets? While he's an arrogant braggard, he knows when he's beaten and is always willing to learn from someone who shows that they can take him. If he isn't fighting, he's usually busy "impressing" everyone around him with a mixture of true stories, embellished stories and outright lies. It serves as both a way to get free drinks and a way to draw a fight out of others.
Appearance
Permanent stubble, short black hair, a red bandana and the drink in his hand is how Whisper looks when in his natural habitat: The bar. There's nothing noteworthy about his clothes, which are as minimal as possible without leaving him naked, and usually some colour of dusty road. He tends to favour open(or non-existent, they perish rapidly in fights) shirts and sandals. His usual expression is a friendly or excited grin, even when in fights, they're usually not a personal matter, it's just that someone needs to get punched unconscious to establish who's in charge.
