Background
Long version
Ronen was born in Nexus, in the Cinnabar district. His childhood would have been completely ordinary if it hadn't been for two things: his musical ability, and his habit of getting into fights. One was a source of pride for his family, the other a source of constant worry. The fights stemmed from all sorts of little reasons- someone arguing with his opinion, someone attempting to bully him, someone picking on those weaker than him ... Ronen usually won, although sometimes he would go up against odds that were too great even for him, and he would return to his home beaten, but sometimes already planning for a rematch.
Ronen's musical ability only grew stronger with age, and perhaps less fortunately, so did his habit of fighting. The reasons escalated; something that started as a simple 'get off my turf, I'm performing here' expanded into a grudge, which then expanded even further; fighting off two or three thugs trying to jump him on his way home became a depressingly regular experience for Ronen. Still, he refused to be frightened away ("Look, if I can manage to punch my way through your men, you need to either leave me alone or start getting better men."), which only made the conflicts escalate.
Eventually, at the peak of the conflict, one of Ronen's performances was crashed by something close to twenty large, angry men. Their goal? Remove Ronen from the radar. And they were perfectly willing to destroy him and everyone else to do it. Completely outmatched, but not willing to let his audience be harmed in any way, Ronen just threw himself into combat with the men, all of 'em at once. He Exalted, and against all odds managed to beat them, using everything from his fists to chunks of broken chairs to entire tables to fallen enemies as weapons. Later stories of this concert would add that he finished singing while fighting; the song, cheerfully titled "I Am Fully Prepared To Keep Hitting You People As Long As You Keep Coming At Me" by fans, is sometimes heard in bars.
That performance was more or less his last high-profile one. Two friends of his, one a merchant who seemed to believe he was heading to high places in the Guild, the other a mercenary about to head out on a job, insisted on making sure he was all right after that fiasco, and by that I mean they endeavored to get him as drunk as possible. Halfway through the evening, the following dialogue occurred:
"... And nobody even did anything, I had to get ridd'veryone myself, but 'nyone else prob'ly would've messed it up, so it mighta been for the best."
"I tell you, Ro, you're ... you're the best, you should just be in charge'a ever'thin'. You'd fix stuff up right, you would."
"Y'know, that's not a bad idea? I should do that!"
(They were pretty drunk at this point.)
Against all odds, the idea stuck. And hey, why not? Henceforth, Ronen decided that he was going to fix goddamn everything.
TL;DR

Personality
Ronen is a pleasant young man most of the time. He's cheerful, charismatic, and has a good sense of humor. Even when not performing, he still likes to sing whenever he can. This leads to such situations as trying to lead everyone in a certain pub in one round of song (and usually succeeding, much to his amusement). He has a strong sense of justice, although it's more black-and-white than it probably should be, and doesn't like resorting to violence any more than is necessary (although when it is necessary, he isn't against stomping someone's face in.) However, on a bad day he's someone you really don't want to spend time with; he can get overbearing and stubborn, and is sometimes prone to sulking if he doesn't get his way. Ronen has a habit of whistling, although annoyingly it's usually no more than five notes of any given tune in a row before he starts to repeat himself. If he's really bored, he will sing or whistle an entire song to himself.
Appearance
Ronen is around six feet tall (somewhere between 6'0 and 6'4), and of mostly average build. Any muscles he has aren't really evident, as he has a habit of dressing in clothing that's really much too large for him, and wearing way too much of it, at that. Depending on the weather, he'll be wearing anywhere between two to five layers on his upper body. His claim is that he gets cold, but it's more likely he just likes having tons of pockets. Ronen's hair is coppery red and cut to about chin-length, his complexion is pale (but not unhealthily so- he looks like the kind of person who burns in the sun rather than tans, as opposed to the kind of person who simply just doesn't get any sun at all), and his eyes are leaf-green. While he's certainly attractive, most of Ronen's appeal comes from the way he holds himself- his confidence and charm make him a popular guy pretty much wherever he goes.

- Ronen was a pretty popular performer before he Exalted, and suddenly going all gold and glowy and punchykicky in front of the twenty or so people who didn't immediately flee left an impression. They don't follow him everywhere (they do have lives) but they are, basically, his fan club.

- Ronen came from a reasonably wealthy family, and then did incredibly well at his chosen vocation. Now he makes a ton of money with the Organization. Therefore.

- His two best friends, Veri (who went on to become quite high-ranking in the mercenary forces of Nexus) and Dei (who now enjoys a comfortable desk job with the Guild, working out of an office in Nexus), have an uncanny power to find things and people that they're looking for. When it comes to Ronen, they're willing to lend him a hand if it's not too much of a risk for either of them.

The character wholly embraces cruelty. Her conscience vanishes, and she uses terror and cruelty to accomplish her goals, with only contempt for any perceived or exhibited weakness. She casually tortures and mutilates prisoners to sow terror and inspire obedience. This cruelty causes a minimum two-die penalty on all Social interactions not involving fear or intimidation.
Partial Control: The character can moderate her cruelty when necessary. She casually intimidates and tortures wherever effective and is incapable of kindness. However, she can show restraint and indifference when cruelty would be less effective. She still suffers from a one-die penalty to other Social interactions.
