Stormbound

The stormbound is a veilweaver class with a somewhat elementalist feel.

Its shtick is its ability to shape and bind Storm veils in its unique Storm slot for a short-ranged weather aura or active ability. The Storm veil can only be invested with storm essence, which is generated in combat. The passive Storm auras target everyone equally, but thankfully the stormbound is largely immune to its own Storm veils' effects and can share this immunity with allies.

The stormbound's class customization semi-feats are called storm powers. They let the stormbound do stuff like shoot icicles at enemies, heal allies with rain or fly.
