The Rift Stalkers are a Loyalist Space Marine chapter created from Raven Guard Geneseed. Created during the Ultima Founding, the Rift Stalkers are comprised entirely of Primaris Marines.

On the Tabletop
The Rift Stalkers are the "official" Raven Guard NuMarines chapter, and as such combine the shiny new True-Scale marines with the newer aesthetic with the themes of the Raven Guard chapter.

Colors and Heraldry
Whereas the Raven Guard wear Midnight Black into combat, the Rift Stalkers are an almost neon white. Paedophiles. Breaking up the WHITE the Imperial symbol on the chest is a midnight black. Their shoulder pauldrons are given a colored trim, similar to the Ultramarines, to show their company number. A black marking on the right shoulder shows the type of squad they are in, with the trim of the right shoulder indicating company number. The left shoulder has the Chapter badge. A low gothic symbol on the left kneepad indicates the squad number.

Chapter Badge
Similar to how their color scheme is the absolute inverse of their parent chapters, the Rift Stalkers badge is the same as their parent chapter... only inverted in color (black on white opposed to white on black).

Trivia
Most of the Ultima Founding chapters were created to deal in part with the galaxy spanning Great Rift. The Rift Stalkers' name is likely a reference to this, and they are likely set up with a homeworld near the rift.

The fact that the Rift Stalkers are the exact opposite in paint scheme as their parent chapter - down to the Rift Stalkers having the same badge, only inverted - has led to several fan theories, including that they have the exact opposite personality as their parent chapter -- instead of dark and brooding, they would be bright and cheerful. Another theory takes the Rift Stalkers' name - specifically, the "stalker" part - and holds up that they are overly enthusiastic fanboys of The Raven Guard, which is why they were sent as far away as they could be from their parent chapter.
The Knights of Raven also wear bright colors. So if it works for them. These guys might be able to pull off stealth pretty well.

The Blades of Vengeance is a Loyalist Space Marine chapter created from Dark Angels Geneseed. Created during the Ultima Founding, the BoV are comprised entirely of Primaris Marines. How they will deal with the fact that their parent chapter is actually in control of all their successors is TBD. How they would fit in Terminator Armor and fit on Bikes is also a mystery that only Cawl and the Inner Circle knows. They might be throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. Knowing how Admech "improvement" works. It could be true.

On the Tabletop
The Blades of Vengeance are the "official" Dark Angels NuMarines chapter, and as such combine the shiny new True-Scale marines with the newer aesthetic with the themes of the Dark Angels chapter.

Colors and Heraldry
The Blades of Vengeance wear Dark Angels green into combat, with their face-plates and in the insets of their pauldrons being a bone white color. The Imperial symbol on the chestplate is ruby red. The Squad Specialty insignia is shown on the right pauldron, while the Chapter icon is on the left. The company designation is on the right kneeguard. In all other manner the Blades follow the standard heraldry as the other Unforgiven.

Chapter Badge
Following the medieval crusader theme semi-common with the Ultima Founding chapters, the Blades of Vengeance chapter badge is a black silhouette of a stylized shield with a bone colored sword in the center of it.
