There are a particular Furry species that have sparked my (non-heretical) interest, The Protogen and Primagen. As described by the Urban Dictionary Protogens are "Artificial beings that are tasked with a multitude of things across the Universe."
They are an extra-terrestrial artificial species that are tasked with discovering and adapting to different planets. They aren't from this Galaxy and seek to find life, They are usually docile unless threatened.
Primagens
Before Protogens, there were only a single species, the Primagen, they have a raptor-like appearance and a long visor. Primagens are 70% artificial and don't have a functioning digestive tract, and are usually 7-8ft tall. They get the name "Primagen" from the word "Primogenitor", even though in lore Protogens came first. Primagens are a "closed species" and can only be acquired via auctions for upwards of $1000.

Protogens
After many complaints about how expensive Primagens were, the creator decided to make a new, open species, the Protogen. Protogens are smaller and don't have the raptor-like appearance of their more feral counterparts. They are less mechanical than Primagens, about 40% of their body is artificial. They have a functional digestive tract and can open their visors to eat. Protogens behave like mammals, have biological ears and have a shorter, rounded visor compared to Primagens, they are usually 6ft tall.

Intelligence
Both Primagens and Protogens use a super-intelligent neural AI they use in tandem with their natural brain, they both are great at problem-solving and are extremely smart. Both species became smart enough to become independent from their creators and roam the Galaxy instead of taking orders.

Visors and body
The most unique feature of both species is their Nanite visor, it displays emotions and their status. The way these visors work is shown in the gallery, but what makes the emotions so fluid is the liquid-like nanites in their visors. It is most likely that their AI controls the nanites. The artificial parts on each of the species are made of a special super-strong ultra-light alloy.

Unfinished, need more info.

Relationship with Sergals
Protogens and sergals don't get along with each other. Protogens mock sergals for their cheese-shaped heads while sergals claim that a protogen is just a sergal with an iPad taped to its face. They fight because each wants to be more popular with Furries than the other, even though there are tons of other species more popular than either. (Obviously Protogens are better,
ps sergals do have cheese shaped heads
^^ we never said we didn't we just also said protogens have ipads taped to them and think that makes them cooler somehow kthxbai)
You can edit this. okay
Obox-ob is Prince of Vermin, an ancient obyrith demon; he rules layer 663 of the Abyss. He is allegedly the last surviving aspect of the old Prince of (all) Demons. He hates the tanar'ri and wants to ethnically cleanse the Abyss from them, as well as overthrow Demogorgon.

Juiblex, (pronounced Joo-ee-blex) also known as the Faceless Lord, is the Demon Prince of Slime, Ooze and Filth. Among the lessers of his kind, Juiblex is a monstrous mass of mobile ooze in a sickly rainbow of dark, putrid colors dotted with an ever-shifting array of jelly-like burning red eyes. Near-mindless, Juiblex seeks only to consume and defile, with vague ambitions of swelling in power until all of reality has dissolved into a slick morass of sludge, with nothing but ooze remaining. "Worshipped", if such a term can be used, by the vast array of slimes, Juiblex has little appeal to most humanoids, although he does occasionally develop worshippers amongst the crazier denizens of the Underdark. As a consequence, his fellow Demon Princes mostly ignore him, not considering him worth the effort to destroy. The sole major exception is such a luckless fuck-up that she never has managed to scrub him off her walls after she returned from her latest failed scheme to finally one-up that bitch Lolth, only to find him growing on her couch.

In the Forgotten Realms, it eventually transpires that the Demon Lord Juiblex was in fact an aspect of Ghaunadaur all along though the connection in "core" D&D never really gets stressed, though both entities do exist thanks to the small mention of Ghaunadaur in Lords of Madness, but as far as chaotic entities of slime and evil go, they might as well be interchangeable.

Juiblex received a surprising buff in 4th edition; covered in a Demonomicon of Iggwilv entry in Dungeon Magazine #188, the 4e Juiblex is literally the sapient manifestation of the infectious nature of evil. Basically, in 4e lore, the Abyss was created when Tharizdun came into contact with the Seed of Evil, the crystalized remnants of a dead universe consumed by the Obyriths, and plunged it into the Elemental Chaos. This metaphysically wounded the entire plane, creating a gaping, infected abscess in the metaphysics that is the Abyss. Juiblex is the infection manifest; when the Seed first broke into the Elemental Chaos' "flesh", the resultant surge of corrupted blood and pus and rotting meat became self-aware. And that living mass of liquid putrefaction was Juiblex. As such, Juiblex is the oldest Demon Prince in the entirety of the 4e cosmology; he witnessed the escape of the Obyriths and their battle with Tharizdun, which means he alone knows the true purpose of the Abyss: to consume all reality and wipe it away into nothing.

Thrall of Juiblex
Servants of Ghaunadaur/Juiblex gains another slime-based prestige class, to represent worshipping him as a demon lord instead of a greater deity.

Like the Slime Lord, this prestige class also culminates in changing your anatomy, but is less focused on drastic tentacle attacks and accumulating immunities and more on wreaking havoc with goo.

From the get go, they secrete sickening slime from their skin, which can turn corrosive in later levels. They can also spread diseases and spit acid too. Not only that but they summon various demons and Ooze creatures as spell like abilities, so always handy if you need a mindless minion.

The prestige class also seems to be so awesome that they forgot to give it a poor save modifier, so it gets the best progression for Ref/Fort/Will saves as well as the best BAB progression.

Realm
Juiblex shares the 222nd layer of the Abyss, Shedaklah, with the Demon Queen of Fungi, Zuggtmoy, with the two constantly battling for total dominance of the layer. In 1st edition, he actually had his own layer; the 528th.

Pathfinder
"Jubilex" (pronounced Joo-bee-lex) is apparently open-game licensed, as he has appeared in Pathfinder, where he has been promoted to have a slightly broader portfolio (poison and sloth) and is now one of the demonic patrons of the Drow, probably to encompass his dual role as Ghaunadaur in FR.
Demogorgon is the most famous, or at least infamous, Demon Prince in Dungeons & Dragons. Having been around in every single edition since the game was created, he is the Prince of Demons - the closest thing the Abyss has to a singular, all-powerful ruler, with only Orcus and Graz'zt really having any chance of challenging his might.

Demogorgon is infamous for taking the somewhat mix'n'match appearance of early D&D demons and really turning it to his advantage. For the most part, Demogorgon resembles something almost dinosaurian; a giant, bipedal, predatory reptile. Except he's got two heads, resembling the heads of baboons (or mandrils, but they're close enough), and each arm splits into two tentacles.

Perhaps the greatest limitation that Demogorgon faces is that he is legitimately insane; each head has its own unique personality, and so he's constantly fighting himself to determine which persona gets to be top dog. His left head is called Aameul and has a silver tongue that can charm any creature, while the right head, Hethradiah, can cause insanity. They seek to dominate or kill one another, just as their combined self seeks to slay or overpower all life. Demogorgon is a fearsome foe in battle, capable of rotting flesh from bones with but a caress of his tentacles and draining the energy of anyone slapped by his tail.

Demogorgon has few followers amongst the humanoid races, but he has many amongst the more monstrous people. Yuan-ti, troglodytes, ixitxachitl and hosts of demons worship Demogorgon as their lord. These cults are depraved and engage in all manner of horrific rituals and sacrifices to their lord. Humanoids rarely worship him as cults, but individuals dedicated to the Prince of Demons tend to be just as dangerous, given that they are quite often high-ranking members of society, and his influence is thought to be the source of many monstrous versions of natural creatures, like ettins and merrow.

Demogorgon's layer of The Gaping Maw is the 88th of the Abyss. While it's a tropical realm with plenty of water it is not a hospitable plane, with many different kinds of demons roving the surface and the ocean looking for things to devour. Demogorgon runs the great city of Lemoriax, which is one of the premier slave markets in the Great Wheel. He frequently stalks through his city to whip his followers into a frenzy. His layer is linked to the next layer, Dagon's home of Shadowsea. The two are allied, which effectively means they stay off of each other's backs.

Demogorgon is the creator of a race of Lizardfolk called the Khaastas. In a rare moment of generosity, he decided to set them free after his generals started complaining that they were difficult to command and not as effective in battle as true demons, since they had served him loyally for so long. 5e expands on Demogorgon's creations, crediting him with the accidental creation of ettins, due to ogres being exposed to his sigil and developing, like Demogorgon, a second head, or the merrow being the result of merfolk mutated by his dark influence.
