Context for the Rage
Basically one story in the 5th Edition Grey Knight Codex, "The Bloodtide Returns", lists the Grey Knights as coming across a planet wherein a powerful Dark Age of Technology nanite weapon controlled by a bloodthirster resided - one so powerful that it was corrupting the populace by flying into their pores and driving them crazy. There was a convent of Sisters that were being slowly wiped out near the site whose faith was keeping them pure and untouched by the taint except for all the ones who were corrupted, and instead of asking for the Sisters' assistance the Grey Knights proceeded to slaughter them all and make wards from their blood, then go about banishing the daemon. All after the codex literally stating that their faith is strong enough to protect them from any kind of daemonic corruption, so they wouldn't have even needed those wards.

Think about this, for just a minute. The Sisters' faith protected some of them from being corrupted. Yet, as has been shown before, there have been a few Sisters of Battle that have fallen to Chaos. In come the Grey Knights, whose faith is so powerful it is quite literally their strongest weapon and their most potent protection. These Grey Knights' faith is not strong enough to withstand the NANITE WEAPONS of Chaos, while the Sisters' is? Does that make ANY sense at all?

Even when the Sisters would be truly useful against Chaos, why the FUCK would the Grey Knights, a purely Imperial faction who keeps faith the highest measure of existence would downright TURN ON THEM AND MURDER Emperor's servants and pour their blood on themselves like some insane chaotic cult? Infighting due to conflicts of interest is possible, as seen in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade and Dawn of War: Soulstorm, yet this goes against all logical explanation.

This is a classic case of not just heresy, but of extra heresy; canon to this point had explicitly detailed 3 things:

* That the Grey Knights greatly loathe Chaos and are completely immune to its corrupting influence. They wouldn't need wards made on the spot to withstand daemonic corruption, given that just their Aegis armour's own built-in wards would deflect any corrupting influence that would try to tempt them (assuming that it COULD tempt them at all).

* That no Grey Knight in the history of the chapter has ever fallen to the temptations of Chaos due to the massive amounts of spiritual and physical indoctrination and training they go through that would make the Space Marines' training and creation regimen look like the Guard's conscript training, along with their anti-daemon Aegis armours. In addition, in older fluff, the Grey Knights COULD fall to Chaos, in theory. However, in addition to their intense faith and rigorous physical and mental training, they closely regulate themselves. If a Battle-Brother's reaction to Chaos was anything less than "NO FUCKING WAY!", they would have a force halberd to the face in record time.

* That very few sisters have ever fallen to Chaos.

And yet we have this - evidence of the darkest kind of heresy, if not outright Khorne worship. Thankfully it has been retconned, but this was still canon for a time, a sign of how bad some things were under Matt Ward.

Fucking Matt Ward. Next thing you know, Kharn will be working for the Tau or something. <s>Yeah about that...in the novelization of Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior, it was revealed that the protagonist was actually being aided by Khorne...*nervous laugh*</s> *BLAM* HERESY!!!!!

And the Sisters of Battle get mutilated a lot whenever Ward comes near them.

Seriously, what the fuck?
The very fact that we were even having the above conversation means that even in a best-case scenario, something has gone horribly wrong in the storytelling department.

Within the context of the 40k verse, there is some basis that the Grey Knights would do something that we would otherwise consider being pants-on-head retarded. Note that GW isn't shy of inventing reasons to justify otherwise allied forces to kill the fuck out of each other. First, the GKs are stone cold pragmatists who burn planets just to keep secret something particularly heretical some guardsmen might have witnessed. Second, is that they are all-around stone cold motherfuckers, despite the whole incorruptible nobility thing and finest-of-the-Emperor's-finest thing. There's a pretty good reason that they aren't really trusted by the other factions that would fight Chaos too, since the Knights seem to think everybody else as a bit more expendable than themselves. Killing the SoB in that story was just one story of dicking around the other Imperial elements, and the Knights apparently do this sort of thing at least semi-regularly.

BUT!!

Why the GKs killed the SoB for extra protection is a plot hole that they really don't fill in. Remember, this is in a book that played up the Knights as literally impossible to corrupt. Might have been for extra physical protection to make sure they don't get killed by the Bloodtide rather than for spiritual protection, but that makes no sense; how the blood of the innocent provide any extra PHYSICAL protection at all, let alone to someone already wearing blessed POWER ARMOUR?

On GK/Ordo Malleus Teamkilling
"Only the Grey Knights survive in the service of the Ordo. All other troops die when given over to them. The reason for non-survival among military units attached to the Ordo Malleus is simple. Any troops that an Inquisitor Ordinary has commanded have been exposed to Daemons. They are privy to one of the most closely-guarded Imperial secrets: that daemons are real and Chaos is a terrible threat. Those that survive a battle or campaign are executed, with full honors, shortly afterwards. They are expendable, and entire Imperial regiments and corps have been dispatched by the Ordo Malleus."

This is from Realms of Chaos (1988) and paraphrased in Codex: Grey Knights. Ordo Malleus and Grey Knight types are not nice. They euthanize or mind scrub nearly anyone who finds out about Chaos/Daemons. No reason was needed to kill the SoBs at all. The Ordo Malleus/Grey Knights kill practically everybody they run into no matter how you cut it. This of course still doesn't explain why they used the blood to make wards, instead of just killing them and leaving them at that.

In Incorruptible, by David Annandale, the GK teamkill their own after falling to genestealer/tyranid corruption. Only slightly better than their initial assumption of having to kill their first in-chapter heretics. That's a plus.

So we still blame Matt Ward, just for bad conveyance instead of continuity errors.

Except that explanation still doesn't make any sense, considering SoB already know about Chaos/Daemons, fight them now and then and are part of the <s>Inquisition, which lords over both factions</s> Ecclesiarchy, which maintains some knowledge of daemons so they can be exorcised. Also, consider that a battle force of SoB sent to purge a heretical cult may encounter daemons and request the Grey Knights' presence.

This also doesn't make a whole lot of sense when considering that the Guard regularly fights off Chaos warbands and the like who frequently make use of daemons, and they most certainly do not purge the entirety of Cadia every so often, nor do they purge the various Cadian armies that are going around the Imperium whenever encountered, despite said Cadians almost certainly having at least some knowledge of Daemons. So this whole concept really doesn't work to start with.

In short, killing every Imperial that has encountered Chaos and daemons, would very quickly lead to being no more Imperials to kill.

7th Edition Unfucks Things
As of the 7th Edition Grey Knights Codex, there have been some minor revisions to the fluff. While Supreme Grand Master Kaldor "Sue to end all Sues" Draigo is still around, the Bloodtide incident also still exists...albeit, all mention of the Sisters being turned into paint - or even being there at all - is removed (so this is now likely retconned). Instead, the Sisters get to share in another short story within the new Codex, entitled "The Plague of Madness", where they are not used as Armour Paint by the Grey Knights at least. Instead, they get a good (by W40K standards) death after actually saving the Knights' asses. In fact, the Sisters manage to rescue Kaldor from a horde of Plaguebearers via purging flame. This could probably be seen as overcompensation on the part of GW for the Bloodtide Incident, but no one seemed to mind, since the Sisters could desperately use a win.

tl;dr Edgy meets Grimdark and makes it Grimderp, with a final saving grace turning it Nobledark.
A <s>surprisingly well-written</s> story from some of the most perverted minds on /tg/. <span style='color:purple;font-size:100%'>Hello there, this story gets my seal of approval!</span>

Sera was temporarily blinded as the lascannon blast tore through the hull of her squad's transport. She felt a moment of weightlessness as the grav-tank dropped from the air, and then she was crushed against her seat as the vehicle smashed into the ground. There was a scream as one of the other guardians was hurled from his seat, impacting against the forward bulkhead with a sickening crunch. The air was filled with a grinding sound as the tank ploughed through rubble, carried onwards by its considerable momentum.

Finally, it came to a sudden halt as it impacted a more solid obstacle. Sera looked around the troop hold. A pair of ruined bodies were slumped in their seats, half-vaporised by the lascannon beam. Opposite her, another squad member's head was drooping at an unnatural angle, neck snapped from the sudden impact. To her right, the squad's warlock took a last, gurgling breath as pink, frothy blood trickled out around the structural beam that impaled his chest.

Sera fumbled with her harness, unbuckling herself from her seat. Her voice shook as she spoke.

"Report!"

There was no reply. The other bodies in the troop hold were still. She spoke again, and a tone of desperation entered her voice.

"Squad, damage report! Is anyone still conscious?"

Nothing.

"Anyone?"

She tried accessing the communications systems in her suit. They couldn't even detect the interface to the grav-tank's transmitter, and the suit itself carried only a short-range transponder. It was emitting a steady hiss of static.

Sera stood carefully. Her legs wobbled. She reached out to steady herself against the side of the hold, and the composite panel gave way beneath her hand, twisting away from its mountings. She spent the next few minutes stumbling around the transport hold, frantically trying to find any signs of life from the squad members.

They were dead. Not even afforded the honour of a death in battle. A pointless, violent end during their extraction from the battlefield. A waste.

She took the soulstone amulets from the bodies of her comrades. As the remaining survivor, the duty fell upon her to return their spirits to the Craftworld's infinity matrix. At least there they could find peace. Perhaps they would choose to rejoin the battle, transferring their souls into wraithguard.

She gathered them all from the corpses. The soulstones emitted a faint glow as they jostled together in her hand. Sera collected her shuriken catapult, and checked it for damage - it bore superficial scratches and dents, but the console on the grip informed her it was still functional. She crawled to the rear of the hold, and opened the door. The frame had been badly deformed during the crash, and it took some effort to force it open.

The ground was covered in a layer of mud. It shifted beneath Sera's boots as she stood to appraise the wreckage, and get her bearings. The tank had embedded itself deeply into the earth, and was completely beyond recovery.

She heard the sound of an engine growing nearer, and turned around to see the crude shape of a Mon'Keigh tank ploughing through the mud and debris, headed straight towards her. Gouts of steam erupted from the ground at her feet as the creatures riding the open-topped vehicle took shots at her with their las rifles. She dived sideways into the mud, taking cover behind the wrecked turret of her vehicle as laser fire rained down around her, leaving small, glowing patches on the tank's hull. One of the beams grazed her arm, scoring a black line across her armour.

She leaned around from her cover to fire off a burst from her shuriken catapult, and was met with a barrage of laser fire in return. The Mon'Keigh were hollering at each other in their coarse language. She could hear them advancing on her position, laying down a constant barrage of pinning fire as they made their way forwards.

Sera leaned around to let off another volley of fire, and found herself looking straight down the barrel of a las-rifle. The Mon'Keigh was yelling at her, and it took Sera a few moments to recall her knowledge of the creatures' language. He seemed to be shouting, "Drop it! Drop your weapon!"

She considered her options. The souls of her entire squad were depending on her to deliver them to the Craftworld. If she died, they would be lost forever.

She was surely more valuable to the Mon'Keigh as a prisoner of war. Perhaps it was best to play along for the meanwhile. She was confident that she would be able to outwit the clumsy creatures later, and escape.

Another of the creatures had joined the first now, and was aiming his weapon at her. She raised her hands, and rose slowly. She scowled as she was forced to speak to them in their crude language.

"I concede defeat," she said. "I am your prisoner."

One of them snatched her rifle away. The other grabbed her by the wrist, pulling her roughly. She stumbled over the wreckage as he dragged her towards their vehicle, which was juddering and spitting clouds of black smoke from its primitive engines. The creature addressed to the rest of the group.

"Well boys, looks like we've found us a xeno girlie."

A pair of them walked over, grinning. One of them shoved her suddenly, grabbing her neck as she stumbled backwards. He pawed at her, letting out a bark of idiotic laughter.

"Whatever shall we do with her?" he asked.

"I suppose," said another, "we should take her back to the base."

"Shut up, Larson."

"Those are the orders," he said.

"Well, even if we do take her back, that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun with her first." The creature holding her throat leaned forward. Sera grimaced as he licked her face with his filthy tongue. He laughed again.

"You taste good, xeno girl."

She glowered at him, trying to suppress the anger she could feel building inside her. He loomed towards her face again with his lips parted. She slapped him across the face, and her gauntlet made a satisfying smack as it impacted with his cheek. He recoiled.

"Pig," she said.

She felt her arms pulled backwards as one of the creatures grappled her from behind. The one she had slapped was giving her a dark look. He lunged forward, and clamped his hand under her jaw.

"You had better play nicely, witch," he said. "Or things will get very painful for you. Now, let's see what's under that armour of yours..."

He drew a knife from his belt and jabbed it into a chink in Sera's armour, just below her ribs. He started wiggling the blade back and forth, and her suit made cracking sounds as its shell was forced open. She struggled, but the creature behind her had a strong grip on her arms.

She kicked out, knocking the knife from the creature's grip. He gave a surprised yelp of pain, cradling his hand. The weapon spun off and landed in the mud nearby. The creature glared at Sera, and then brought his hand hard across her face. She gasped as the brute's calloused palm slapped against her cheek. On the return, he struck the other side of her face with the back of his hand.

"Let's make sure you won't be doing that again," he said.

The creature drew his leg back. Sera flinched away, but not fast enough, as he stomped down on her knee with his heavy boot. Her armour gave way with a crack, and then there was a fleshy tearing sound as her knee buckled backwards. She cried out. He brought his foot down on her other leg, and she screamed again as her knee joint tore. Her legs crumpled beneath her, and she sagged to the ground. Her breath came in strangled gasps.

The creature picked his knife up, and returned to working at her armour. She felt the knife slip between the plates, and he levered the blade upwards with a snapping sound. Soon, the breastplate of her armour was torn free, and the creature flung it off to one side, leering as he regarded her bared chest.

"You've got better tits on you than any human girl I've seen, I'll give you that much."

He grabbed her breast roughly, and squeezed hard. Sera let out a gasp of pain.

"You will regret this, Mon'Keigh," she said. "Heed my words, you will pay a dear price for-"

The creature slammed his fist into her face, and Sera's head snapped backwards. Something had come loose in her mouth. She spat the tooth out onto the ground, and blood trickled from her lips.

"Shut up," he said.

The creature stood. Another of the group was walking over from behind Sera, fussing with his belt.

"I call first go on 'er", he said.

He stood in front of Sera. He tugged the waistband of his fatigues downwards, and stepped out of them. Then he fumbled around with his stained undergarments. Sera's face twitched in disgust as the creature's penis drooped out of his shorts, like some foul little creature emerging from its burrow. He swaggered forward, and grabbed a fistful of Sera's hair, yanking her head backwards. In his other hand, he held a laspistol. He thrust his hips forward, bringing his filthy member inches away from her face.

"Suck it," he said.

She felt the barrel of the laspistol against her head.

"And the moment I feel teeth, you get a lobotomy. Understand?"

Sera gritted her teeth. Her silence was broken by her screams as he yanked hard on her hair.

"DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR, XENO WHORE?"

She nodded once, reluctantly. She could practically feel the bile rising in her throat.

"Do it," he said. He pushed on her head, and her lips bumped against the creature's disgusting organ. She parted her lips, and took him into her mouth.

The taste was foul. The creature obviously had terrible hygiene, and its skin was greasy. She could feel its cock swelling up as it rested on her tongue, quivering in time with his heartbeat. She choked as it reached the back of her throat, but he held her firmly in place with his hand.

"Get on with it," he said. He pressed down on her mangled leg with his foot, and she let out a muffled cry. Sera pressed her tongue against the underside of the creature's penis, rubbing it back and forth. She slid her lips around the shaft. She closed her eyes, trying to think of anything else but the engorged member in her mouth. She had to survive. This was a terrible indignity, but they would surely keep her alive as a prisoner. She imagined her eventual escape, and the terrible revenge her Craftworld would wreak on the planet, which brought her a small amount of hope.

She gagged as the creature forced himself further into her. The tip of his cock prodded against the back of her throat. She pulled away, bobbing her head back and forth as she continued to fellate the creature. Her saliva mingled with the hideous taste of his precum. The creature was guffawing as he shouted at his comerades.

"Heh, lookit that, boys, she's crying. I bet she loves it really, though. Don't you, xeno girl?"

She continued to suck on his cock, until he wrenched her head backwards, pulling himself from her mouth.

"I asked you a question!" he bellowed. "I said, you love it really, don't you?! DON'T YOU?"

Sera whimpered. Her tears were running freely down her cheeks.

"Pathetic whore," he said. "Doesn't even know how to give a decent blowjob. Guess I'll have to finish myself off."

The creature kept one hand on her head while he rubbed his cock with the other. He drew his lips back, and then heaved out a sigh as a stream of semen squirted from the tip of his member. The fluid splashed against Sera's face. It was warm and slimy. Some of it ran down onto her lip, and she spluttered as she spat it out. The mess slid down her cheeks slowly, mingling with her tears.

Another of the creatures stepped in, declaring that he was next. "You got it all wrong," he said to the other, whose shrivelling cock was still hanging out. "You passed up the chance to feel what it's like to fuck one of these xeno."

The first looked at him. "You're not serious," he said. "You're not going to..."

"I am," he said. "And I bet it's gonna be great. They say these Eldar are a dying race, which means they ain't making any babies, which means they ain't fucking each other very much. I bet she's tight as a twelve-year-old."

"Hah, you would know," said the other.

They shared a moment of boisterous laughter.

He knelt down, took up the knife, and started to pry away the armour below Sera's midriff. He worked clumsily, and she cried out as the blade slipped off the armour, stabbing into her thigh. She struggled weakly for the few minutes it took to tear her armour from her. The creature used the knife to cut away her underwear, and then she was completely bared. He pushed her legs apart, and Sera wailed as the broken limbs were twisted further out of shape, splayed in front of her.

"Lie her down," he said.

The creature behind her forced her back down into the mud. His companion joined him, and they took one arm each, pinning her down to the ground with her arms spread out to the sides. She shook, straining against them.

"Now, time to have me some heresy," the creature said.

He spat onto Sera's bared genitals, rubbing at them with his grubby fingers. She winced as she felt a pair of them force their way into her. The creature dropped to his knees, freeing his already-turgid member from his pants. He shuffled forward, and then Sera let out a sad little cry as he entered her.

The creature's cock pushed up inside her, scraping against the delicate, inner walls of her genitals. There was a sickening grin on the creature's face. He placed a hand on Sera's hip, his other palm flat against her breast. He worked his hips backward and forced his way into her again, and Sera felt a tearing sensation as something gave way inside her.

"That's better," he said.

He took up a slow, deliberate motion. Some of the time, his hands were on Sera's thighs, gripping them harshly as he continued to plough into her. Every so often he would let go to explore the rest of her body, running his grimy hands over her pale skin, squeezing her nipples roughly between his thick fingers. She wept silently as he defiled her.

The minutes felt like eternity. The throbbing pain in Sera's legs competed for attention with the soreness of the continued assault on her genitals. She started shivering as the cold mud beneath her sapped away the warmth of her body.

Eventually, a pressure welled up between her legs, coinciding with the creature letting out a harsh grunt. He hilted himself within her and disgorged his seed. When he finally withdrew, his cock was covered with a slimy mixture of blood and semen.

"Well shit, looks like she couldn't handle me," he said. "Still, not bad."

He stood, and started to re-clothe himself. "Anyone else?"

Another of the creatures stepped forward, and Sera could not stop herself from sobbing as he, too, removed his trousers. She shook her head, gasping between cries.

"Please," she said. "Please. No more."

"Silence, xeno." One of the creatures pinning her arms gave her a harsh slap.

The other creature was kneeling in front of her. "I'll give her a go," he said, "but I don't want Benson's jizz all over my cock. Turn her over."

They pulled roughly at her arms, rolling her so she was face down in the mud. One of them wrenched her arm behind her back, and there was a cracking sound from her shoulder as the joint started to yield. She cried out, and found herself with a mouthful of dirt as her face was shoved down into the mud. She could feel the creature pulling at her armour. More plates were torn free, and her backside was exposed.

"Look at that ass," he said. "So perfect. It seems a shame to do this, really."

Hands grabbed at her buttocks. She felt a pair of thumbs force their way in between, parting them.

"Ah... so clean," the creature said.

She screamed into the dirt as a finger was forced into her anus.

"So tight," he said. "A tight, pink little virgin ass hole. Truly, fortune has favoured me today."

The finger pushed further inside. Sera was feeling physically sick as the creature introduced a second finger and started to part them, stretching her anus. They apparently tired of her desperate screams, as one of the creatures holding her arm shoved her face fully down into the mud, holding her there while she struggled for breath. He let her up after a minute or so, and she took a huge gasp, coughing as she spat the filth from her mouth.

The creature was kneeling behind her now, and having some difficulty forcing his cock into her. The head of it battered against her ass hole, making slow progress inwards. After maybe ten thrusts or so, he had made a few inches of headway, and set about fucking her ass. The mass of his cock rested within her, distending her anus painfully as he pulled out and pushed in, over and over. Each thrust brought him a little deeper. Sera was sure she could feel her innards tearing under the onslaught.

She had given up trying to scream. She lay with her head on one side, eyes focussed on nothing in particular as her mind desperately tried to escape the ordeal. The only sound was the rhythmic squelching as the creature continued to pound her ruined ass hole. She felt wetness on her cheek, and turned her head weakly to see that the grey clouds overhead were disgorging their payloads. It started to drizzle, causing her to shiver even more.

In time, the creature finished. She felt hot fluids splash against her as he pulled out, ejaculating onto her bared buttocks. Her guts shifted, and there was nothing she could do to stop herself from defecating. She could not even move her legs as her warm shit slid against her thighs.

"Well boys, we'd best head back."

"Shall we take the xeno girl?"

"Eh, sounds like a hassle to me. She got anything worth taking?"

"Just these." One of the creatures grabbed the soulstones that she had been clutching throughout the ordeal. "Might be worth something. Oh look, and she's wearing another one, too."

One of the creatures yanked at her amulet, tearing her soulstone from her. Battered and broken, she was only able to whisper a protest.

"No..."

"What's that, xeno?"

"My soulstone... please."

Her eyes were filled with tears. For an Eldar to lose their soulstone was worse than death - their spirit would be lost to the warp forever.

"What's that she said?"

"I dunno. Something about her necklace. Her one isn't as fancy as those other ones anyway, look here, it ain't even glowing."

"Whatever. Let's get back."

Sera felt cool metal against her temple.

"It's been fun, xeno girl."

There was a burst of light as the lasgun discharged.

Alternate Ending
Sera slumped forward and landed in the mud, for a moment she felt peace in what had become a life of pain and misfortune.

A shroud of darkness started to encompass her vision, she could barely hear what the Mon'Keigh were saying.

One of them asked "Why didn't you kill the bitch?"

"Better to let her suffer, like the mangy whore she is." he replied, laughing "Plus, its a little thank you for giving me the best fuck I've had in years!"

Then they started to walk off, laughing all the way.

When the craft disappeared over the horizon, Sera's eyes finally closed, and she felt the hands of Slaanesh leaping out of the warp to grasp around her.

Before the demon's hands managed to touch her body, a flash of light appeared.

Sera's eyes opened once more, to the friendly face of a female guardian.

"Bless Isha, I was afraid you were gone forever... I have only stabilized the wound but we must return to the evacuation point."

Sera, looking down, saw the hole in her chest was plugged, but blood was faintly leaking from the wound. She whispered softly "I am now only a husk of what I used to be, I am better off dead..."

Her new companion paused, and hugged Sera, whispering, "Do not worry, it....do not lose faith....." before lifting her up like a child and carrying her away from the wreckage.

Sera's body started to feel cold, and her eyes looked at the wreckage once more...before she blacked out from the pain.

After what appeared to be mere moments, her eyes faintly opened and she was surrounded by a female healer, and the same guardian who saved her life. Sera looked at her body; her wounds having been properly healed -- only a faint scar remained to remind her of the ordeal she suffered -- but something else seemed off....

Before she could find out, the healer introduced herself, "I am healer Maishara," and pointed to Sera's savior, explaining "and this is Elisia, the one who performed the emergency aid to save your life. How are you doing, Sera?"

Sera replied faintly, "I-I am fine...h-how long have I been here for?"

The female guardian replied, "You have been sleeping for many cycles; we were afraid that you would never have woken up."

Sera turned to the healer and spoke in a soft voice, "I-Is there....any permanent damage, Healer?"

The Healer, looking for advice, turned to Elisia, simply who nodded.

Maishara replied in a saddened voice "You are pregnant with the seed of a Mon'Keigh, your....child will be expected to arrive soon..... "

Sera then realized what was wrong with her body: her stomach was slightly bloated, her womb containing the child of her attackers. Tears started to exit her eyes as she wept and begun to curse the Imperial Guardsmen.

Her two companions stood there, and waited for her to stop yelling...

After many hours, Sera stopped and her reddened face stared blankly at the ceiling Elisia muttered "Sera, the council have heard your .... predicament and have decided that you shall care for the child." Sera, emotionless face still staring at the ceiling, nodded once. "I have asked for temporary leave from the Guardians in order to take care for you, is that okay?"

Sera nodded once more.

Maishara spoke "Now that you are awake, I shall take my leave. Please contact me with the ward's communication system if...you need anything else," and with a slight flurry of her robes left the room.

Elisia summoned a grav chair next to Sera, and grasped her hands "Do not worry, it will....get better"

Sera simply muttered "Understood...."

Alternative Alternative Ending
The xeno went limp as life left it's body and it's soul was dragged screaming into the warp. The Guardsmen were halfway back to their APC when they heard the distinctive sound of a bolt pistol being armed. They turned slowly and looked into the piercing eyes of their Commissar. They knew that they were about to die.

"Consorting with xenos," said the Commissar, his voice perfectly level and as hard as adamantium as he listed their heresies. "Abandoning your position, turning your back to an enemy, conduct unbefitting an Imperial Guardsman, Looting, Rape and Idleness."

The Guardsmen said nothing. Nothing they could say would change what was about to happen.

"By the authority invested in me by the Commissariat and the Emperor I hereby sentence you to death."

One of the Guardsmen was crying now, fat salty tears leaving trails in the grime that coated his face.

"Before I kill you however, I must know, to which regiment do you belong?"

The ringleader, his face showing a weary acceptance of his fate replied.

"THE ARISTOCRATS"

But the remaining Guardsmen expressions seem to changed, they smiled slyly and nodded to each other. Just then, a Guardsman behind the Commissar shoved him very hard, knocking him to the mud. Being attacked in surprise, the Commissar dropped his bolter pistol, the squad Sergeant picked it up and looked at the Commissar and smiled.

"Well, well... it seems that we have another fun here"

A Guardsman knelt down beside the Commissar and removed his pants and his comrades do the same thing, he touched at the Commissar's ass and his face frowned.

"After that Eldar slut, this is too rough, we need something to make it is smoother"

"I have something, guys" - said another Guardsman as he pulled from his coat a can of vegetable oil.

"Shall we enjoy some fun, sir?" - The Sergeant grinned in joy
JUST AS PLANNED

Alternate Emprahsque Imperium/Eldar Peace Ending
The Emprahsque and the High Lords of Terra signed the Treaty Of Terra which ended war between the Eldar and the Imperium Of Man at the very time the guardsman were about to kill the Eldar woman. Only for the Commissar to catch the entire squad in the act while at the same time aware of the treaty in which the Commissar had to let the entire squad go for their war-crime and send the Eldar woman back to her Craftworld. 8 months later said Eldar woman found herself to be heavily pregnant with the child of the imperial guardsman named James Benson who was now at the rank of sergeant. The Eldar kept her child away from any humans and raised her child Eldar but after reaching maturity the child left never to be seen again.

And then the poor child that wrote this was sent to the Commissariat and also never seen again.

More Hentai Ending
Sera ended up being captured by imperial forces alongside her comrades, they killed all the male eldars. Then fastforward 20 years later you see Sera and a large number of female Eldars with ahegao faces and heavily pregnant bodies. Turns out these babies have been really useful to the imperium because now they serve as really great soldiers and somehow a pregnancy can last an entire day before giving birth. While more and more Eldar women from the depths of Commonragh, Craftworlds all over the galaxy even from Biel-Tan and the Exodite worlds came and ended up like Sera who had now become the mother of thousands, while increasing her bust size to a tremendous G-Cup. Now many Eldar have another fear other than Slaanesh it is ending yp in these hybrid farms. Of course most if not all the sperm donators were all highly loyal and fanatical imperials. Farseer Idranel of Craftworld Ulthwe herself was captured by the Blood Ravens, while forcefully impregnating her and the rest of her female soldiers with their gene seed. Upon giving birth the astartes/eldar hybrids came out cunt punching while the mothers died screaming while orgasming. Learning that somehow being impregnated by a mon-keigh stopped Slaanesh from taking their souls, some Eldar women gave themselves up willingly, while others who were trying to free their brethen were shocked by what they had become. In a joint mission lead by a few high ranking female Farseers the Eldar race(the female part) ended up becoming mon-keigh/eldar baby makers.
The end of the wars across the imperium wasn't because of an STC or the emperor's return it was the birth of many an army coming from unwilling sluts.

Read something on g e hentai called The Dragonborn Cometh to get the picture, especially the ones with elves in them

True ending Orkish ending
But before the lasgun could impact poor Sera, <s>a projectile destroyed the imperial weapon.</s> A shot rang in the air, missing them by miles but distracting them from shooting the Xeno.

All the humans turned arround and found an ork wearing a poncho and a hat. He was smoking a cigar slowly and with piercing eyes he observed all the humies scum.

- Dat izn't da right way to treath a laddy.

- Squad! Orks attack!

They were getting in position before the ork just whispered.

- Draw.

Then, a rain of lead felt on them. The only one who survived was holding the necktale at the same time he was trying to hold his guts.

Slowly the mysterious ork unfolds an axe and when he reached him, he started to butcher him.

The ork grabbed the severed hand he was holding the necktale and throws it to the eldar victim.

- Dat's yourz i think. - He said before walking to the sunset.

- Wait! - She shouted.- Who are you?

- Ma name iz Klint. - He turned his face to her.- Klint Izwudd.

Nobledark ending
The sound rang through the air. A moment passed. As the echo faded an electric crackling could be heard in the air.

Through the haze of pain Sera slowly realized two things; the shot didn't hit her and there was the tang of psychic energy in the air.

The guardsman who'd tried to shoot her wasn't aiming at her any more. He was suspended in midair, arms by his side, held by a crackling arc of psychic energy. The other Guardsmen stood with looks of shock on their faces as a voice bellowed in strangely accented Low Gothic.

"SAVAGES!"

Sera turned, along with the Guardsmen to a tall figure standing on the hill. As she made them out, Sera nearly cried tears of joy.

An Eldar Farseer Sera didn't recognize stood on the hill. He was clad in the colors of Biel-Tan, his staff of office on one hand, an expression of utter loathing on his face as he glared at the humans.

At the same time, four long-limbed figures crested the dune and stepped in front of him. Two of them carried axes and two had long-barreled guns. But these weren't ordinary Eldar soldiers; these were Wraithguard.

One of the Guardsmen opened fire on an axe-weilding Wraithguard, but the shots were was ineffective as spitballs. The Wraithguard approached and slapped the weapon out of his hands. The other Guardsmen still carrying their weapons opened fire, only for the Farseer to wrench the weapons from their hands, dropping the suspended Guardsmen to the ground at the same time.

Disarmed and outmatched, the Guardsmen froze. The Eldar Farseer strode past them to the prone Guardsman. He whacked him in the face with the ferule of his staff and took the Soulstone necklace from him.

"The rest of our regiment is nearby, Xenos." One of the Guardsman said, the contempt in his voice an odd contrast to his raised hands. "Anything happens to us, and they'll blast you to shreds."

"I think not. Our allies will take care of them, scum." The Farseer responded coldly. As if on cue, an explosion rang out. "There are also Pathfinders who have you in their sights." He turned to Sera, his expression softening briefly. "After this filth is dealt with, they will take you to safety."

"What happens now?" The lead Guardsman said from the ground. The Farseer ignored him and approached Sera. Handing her the necklace, he removed his cape and draped it across her to cover her. "Who do you think you are?"

"Me?" The Farseer hissed. "I came here to establish an understanding between my people and yours, but for now I am here to make you answer for your crimes against her."

"WE don't answer to you, Xenos. There's nothing that you can do to frighten us." The lead Guardsman scoffed, getting to his feet. The Farseer spoke into a communications device on his wrist before looking up at them.

"For this rape, there is only one punishment that will suffice." The Farseer responded. Sera looked up, and saw a blur move overhead. A sonic boom rocked the area, causing everyone but the Farseer to look up. Sera felt confused as she heard the noise of an anti-grav motor on the edge of hearing. The Guardsmen turned back, some inching towards their weapons.

"I may be the judge, but I will not punish you." He looked to the right as Sera heard footsteps. "They will."

The Guardsmen turned and froze, their eyes going wide. Sera heard the footsteps get closer and got to her feet for a better look as the first emerged into view.

The new arrival looked like a male Eldar, but more muscular. He was barefoot, his pallid exposed skin was covered in surgical scars and appeared stretched thin across his frame. One hand was replaced with a sickle blade and the remaining hand held a blade coated in a greenish substances. He wore only a segmented metal belt, a kilt and a metal faceplate with a grill, a frame made of bone attached to his back.

The Guardsmen cursed as a second figure approached. He was like the first except a third arm ending in a giant hypodermic needle had been surgically grafted to his left side. There was the sound of blades scrapping on each other and a third appeared. He was scraping two sickle blades together, but the most notable thing about him was that every part of him not covered by armor of clothing glistened the crimson of exposed muscles.

Several more figures, each a surgical nightmare, stepped forwards. The Guardsmen were cursing, but didn't move due to the Wraithguard's presence. "What in the Warp are they!?" One bellowed.

"I'll answer that." A resonant yet sibilant voice responded.

Sera turned and saw a figure hovering with an anti-grav belt. In an instant, she realized who they were and almost felt sorry for her attackers. This was an Eldar, but unnaturally tall and thin. His skin was pallid like the others, his bald head covered in scars. He was clad in dark armor and a stiched-together coat made of skin. He had four arms, one carrying an exotic gun, another carrying a small runed cube.

"We are the Eladrith Ynneas; or as you like to call us, the Dark Eldar." The Haemonculus said. At those words, the Guardsmen's confusion turned to horror. "We are aiding our cousins in exchange for future aid, but this..." The Haemonculus gestured to Sera. "Farseer Varanon here wants us to teach you a lesson. Thankfully for him, I consider work and payment one and the same in this case." The Haemonculus chuckled as the Wracks raised their weapons.

"So I'm going to teach you the full extent of, what was that human phrase... Make an example of them." He gestured and the Wracks advanced as he said one more thing.

"Surrender Mon-Keigh. Or don't. That would be fun."

Forgotten Realms is an official Dungeons and Dragons campaign setting created by Ed Greenwood circa 1967 for his little stories, but was not part of the official Wizards of the Coast lineup until 1987 and has since been supported by WotC through all five editions of the game. The setting is supported by hundreds of novels' worth of lore by dozens of authors.

Setting
Set on the planet Abeir-Toril, most of the Forgotten Realms source material focuses on the continent Faerûn. Faerûn is pretty similar to pre-industrial Europe, with the exceptions of all of that crazy fantasy stuff. There is a plethora of nations, kingdoms, organizations, deities, and fully fleshed out NPCs who are ripe with political intrigue and conflict. There is absolutely nothing on Toril that has not been fully fleshed out, so there is very, very little room for your own stuff.

Even WoTC thought that this had gotten really out of hand: when 4th edition rolled along, they decided to give the place a reboot. Hey, the Time of Troubles worked for the 1e-to-2e shift, right? They came up with the idea of "the Spellplague": killing Mystara off through the machinations of her long-time enemy Cyric and triggering another massive magical upheaval, similar to the one that had ended the Age of Magic when Mystryl had been killed off. They then skipped time forward a century, to add icing to the cake, presenting a rebuilding world and retconning Abeir-Toril from being the planet's almost never used full name (so it'd be first in the setting encyclopedia) to to being twin planets, with Abeir, under the dominion of the Primordials, serving as an origin for 4th edition races.

Unfortunately... the result was an absolute PR nightmare. The dramatic changes in everything from geology to cosmology, with the World Tree replaced by the World Axis, just infuriated the setting's fandom, who have something of a reputation as obsessive-compulsive grognards even by the standards of the D&D fandom.

Not surprisingly, when the edition change rolled out, a new apocalyptic makeover, the Sundering, was used alongside a 10 year skip to change things more back to the way they were. Although, on the plus side, a lot of the uber-NPCs who didn't have huge fanbases actually stayed dead - they even killed off some more of Mystara's Chosen during the Sundering.

All in all, Forgotten Realms is the ultimate skub setting of D&D, with people still bitching over every little change from 1st edition onwards. Ironically, 5e's attempt at focusing attention on the Realms has begun making it even less popular, as by this point most of the fandom is getting well and truly sick that one setting is getting all the 5e love.

You'll notice going down that a lot of the sub-settings in particular seem to rip-off of real-world places and people. Well, that's intentional: Forgotten Realms was designed with the idea that it has long had secret portals to our real world throughout history - which may or may not have anything to do with the D&D Cartoon. So, a lot of shit in Forgotten Realms is literally supposed to have either been brought there from earth, or inspired earth by slipping through the portals. Mulhurond, for example, is not only "Ancient Egypt in D&D with the Egyptian Gods ruling it", but is by its fluff actually populated by the descendants of Ancient Egyptians who were sucked through portals into the Realms and enslaved by evil wizards.

Faerûn
Medieval/Renaissance Europe/Near East/Africa. The setting of the vast majority of D&D stories, including those of a certain dark elf, to top it all off with the center of attention in D&D videogames to boot. This setting provided inspiration for most of the 3e splatbooks. Most of the attention Faerûn gets is centered on its west coast, the Swordcoast and Dalelands.

Shining South
Pseudo-Africa and Pseudo-India, in that it's mostly covered in tropical jungles and swamps, with one huge-ass desert. Notable regions include Halruaa, an isolationist magocracy], Dambrath, a nation of horse-riding, Loviatar-worshipping black amazons (of the "women run things, men obey" variety) ruled over the by Cintri (a matriarchal mixture of half-elves, drow, and half-drow), and the halfling homeland of Luiren. Is home to Faerun's native population of thri-kreen, as well as a race of alien elephant people called Loxos.

Despite the Shining South's lack of any major influence or pronounced interaction with the rest of the Forgotten Realms, the damage this regions suffered as a result of the Spellplague - which, amongst other things, saw Halruaa blow up and Dambrath's Cintri rulers be deposed by a human uprising that brought about a restoration of their pre-Cintri culture - was hugely unpopular. Some of that is inexplicable - Halruaa blowing up makes perfect sense, since the place was literally as magical as Eberron and the Spellplague's whole thing was making magic dangerously unstable - but other complaints are more reasonable; if such an "old ways" movement against the Cintri had ever been explicitly mentioned in 3e or 2e lore, Dambrath's civil uprising would have made sense, but instead it just comes out of nowhere.

Unapproachable East
Eastern Asia, a blend of Mongolian, Russian, Indian and Chinese traits. Most famous for being the lands covering Thay, the biggest civilization of evil wizards in the setting, and the more obscure land of Rasheman, which is sort of Russian berserker country ruled by masked witches but which everyone knows because it's the homeland of Minsc. It's the setting for Mask of the Betrayer, the first expansion pack for Neverwinter Nights 2, since they decided to set a Forgotten Realms video game somewhere interesting for once.

Hordelands
The Eurasian Steppes, with Tibet thrown in as well, and yes they had their own version of Genghis motherfucking Khan and mongol invasions. Didn't get updated for 3e, but bits got included in a Dragon article for 4e.

Kara-Tur
Ancient China/Japan/Korea. Updated for 3e with the Book of Weeaboo Fightan Magic and Oriental Adventures, but never updated for 4e as a setting. Little bits of it was included in Dragon for 4e, covering Samurai and Ninja and horde themes as well as new monk stuff and Hengeyokai as a race.

Malatra
Ancient India/Southeast Asia. Got its own living campaign at the end of 2e and the beginning of 3e, and was soon forgotten afterwards.

Maztica
Pre-Columbian South/Central America, the subject of the eponymous splatbook for AD&D. Was not updated for 3rd Edition, but skipped a generation and got an update for 4th Edition. In the form of being replaced by the continent of Abeir and having everything about it shunted into another universe. Wasn't in 3e either so fuck them. Manages to be the skubbiest aspect of the setting; some adore it for being South American Fantasy, a rare thing, others hate it for being so transparently "the Aztec world shunted into the Forgotten Realms".

Anchorome
Pre-Columbian North America. What's written about is based on the Native Americans of the Four Corners cultures.

Katashaka
Despite being located south of not!Central America, it's supposed to be based on Pre-Colonial Africa, and that is literally all that is known.

Osse
Pre-Colonial Australia. That's largely all that's known.

Zakhara
Medieval Middle East/Hollywood Arabia. Left to hang in the wind after 2e ended, save some 3e articles in Dragon Magazine, and probably not likely to come back any time soon. But 5e did bring back the yakmen.

Abeir
Home to the Dragonborn and primordial elementals, as well as all the new sub-giant races and whatever else was introduced in 4e. Ruled over by evil draconic overlords, barring a few kingdoms founded by rebellious giants and humans. Oh, and some weird undead empire that has magical undead-only portals connecting to all graveyards and mausoleums and crypts on Toril, which they claim as their territory.

Abridged History
Creation
Ao creates the twin sister deities Shar and Selûne. Shar is darkity darkness levels of evil and Selûne isn't. So naturally they hate each other. They swirl around in the void that is Realmspace for gods know how long until via catfighting, they accidentally create Toril and create a couple of gods, mainly Chauntea and Mystryl. The latter going on to die several times and become Mystra because she couldn't fucking balance the byproduct of her creation, the Weave, which is the source of all magic, both Arcane and Divine. Things just got out of hand after that and next thing you know, you've got your campaign setting.

Karsus's Folly
In -339 DR an archwizard named Karsus attempts to save the Netheril Empire by making the only 12th level spell in existence- presumably. The spell robbbed Mystryl of her powers and magic for a short time and was really awesome, but then magic goes wild because a fucking epic-level caster does not equate to a level-uncapped deity that handles fucking magic everywhere. In short Karsus ruined everything for everybody on that day. Lucky Mystryl was there to sacrifice herself and put all of her powers into a young female wizard and rose again as Mystra. Marking the first in the goddess's long line of deaths and rebirths. This sparked all the shit that went down in the game Neverwinter Nights 2, and is the reason why Magic sort of meets a cap.

Times of Troubles
The Times of Troubles, also known as the Avatar Crisis, started in 1358 DR when the two deities Bane and Myrkul thought it would be a great idea to steal the Tablets of Fate from the overdeity Ao. As punishment Ao banishes all of the gods to walk on Toril as mortals (except for Helm who was to guard the gateway back into the heavens) until whoever stole them felt bad and returned them. During this time Mystra got some of her power back and thought it would be a brilliant idea to challenge Helm to get back into the heavens. Helm wouldn't have any of it and and bitch slapped her down the Celestial Stairway. She hit the bottom and died in an explosion of magic. Eventually some mortals, Midnight (who went on to be the next Mystra), Kelemvor, Cyric, and Adon of Sune, fixed everything and they got be gods for a reward. Except for Adon of Sune, he really got the short end of the stick on the loot table for that encounter. He lost faith in Mystra, committed suicide, then got his faith back and went on to frolic in the brothel in the sky. This signaled the change from AD&D 1e to the second edition and magic changed in real time in correspondence to these events, depicted in the canon Forgotten Realms Comic book series, featuring Bruce Campell as an Ex-drug addict halfling, an ex-alcoholic Paladin, an Elf with expressions that would put the Laughing elf to shame, a hot golem, and other goodies.

The Spellplague
In 1385 DR the goddess Shar had the god Cyric stab the goddess of magic Mystra. This caused giant pillars of blue fire to ravage Toril, killing untold masses and driving most wizards to madness. One of the few wizards to be unaffected by the event is Szass Tam, who continues to be a badass by turning into an uber-powerful lich, seizing control over Thay, and killing off almost everybody there to create a fuck-huge kingdom of the undead. To make matters worse, unlike the previous times Mystra has died she couldn't reincarnate, a stunning development that "changes the rules of magic" which translates as another real-time spell-casting change for 4e rules, just like what happened in the Time of Trouble. Parts of the planet end up either destroyed or switching places with parts of the land from Abeir. Elminster lost his special status and all his powers, and most of his Chosen buddies wound up dead. The Pantheon was reshuffled, tieflings changed to match the new unified tiefling look, and the World Tree was reshaped into the World Axis. It was a huge upheaval, with insurmountable rage from its critics.

The Sundering
In 1485, the worlds of Abeir and Toril split apart again, as WoTC tried to deseperately bring back the Faerun grognards by retconning the Spellplague. It turns out being stabbed wasn't in fact enough to kill Mystra, she was just hungry and had wandered off to find a cheeseburger made of her own children. Abeir went back to where it belonged and several other dead gods who were deemed superfluous suddenly came back to life.

This event was known as the 'Sundering' but the writers didn't want to piss off the fans, so they held off explaining what the fuck happened until the fans could tell them what, in their opinion, should have happened. While waiting to be told how to do their jobs, dragons attacked everyone, trying to rescue Tiamat from Hell where she had in fact NOT been since before the Spellplague but because she was there in every other setting, we're all supposed to pretend that she was, so mighty adventurers can stop her from escaping in a linear story which was easier than the likes of the first time this asspull was pulled with Bloodstone Pass, Fuck you Bahamut.

From there, various other intersecting adventure modules happened at roughly the same time, and since things were mostly back to the pre-4e days everyone was happy. Except dragonborn fans (and dragonborn, whatever you think of them, are still a damn core race), as the writers quickly killed almost all of them off, crammed them into a tiny reservation, and have yet to make a single dragonborn NPC for any adventure module yet released, just to rub salt in the wound. None the less, many grognards still balk at the return of several 4th edition era elements, such as cramming the Shadowfell and the Feywild in the Great Wheel. But, appeasing the old guard is ridiculously hard anyway. As much as the old guard want a full reboot back to the Old Gray Box era (or some other era which can't be agreed on), the Sundering made it pretty clear that there is "One Canon, One Story, One Realms". Given the popularity of this new Realms among new players, it's unlikely that any major reboot or alteration will happen any time soon.

Interesting Side Notes
*Drizzt will outlive all of his friends and he cries about this often until they fixed it.
*There was a time Drizzt was bearable, until all of his adventures amounted to the power of friendship and his magical power of secretly Lolth's blessing empowering him into a murderhobo edge lord that got so broken he BEAT FUCKING DEMOGORGON with the power of an anime power-up one shot asspull to SAVE THE UNDERDARK
*The Neverwinter Online scenario of this event had the Demon Prince smack him and his party straight into an Abyssal rift, after the generic shounen speech of the power of friendship which is a great way to retcon this entire event for a ranger beating a monster so hard to kill based on how much it can throw at a party in summon-spam alone, nevermind the threat the creature itself actually poses.
*Elminster has sex with Elvira who is polymorphed into a man. He also was turned into a woman once, he's effectively, a massive fucking degenerate that hasn't been killed off because plot Armour and horribly oppressive "good" organization of spies, scouts, and adventurers he tricks into doing his work for him, he also advertises Faerun as anything but a clusterfuck continent so full, it feels more like the description of the endless murderfest an MMORPG provides over an actual living setting.
*Szass Tam is fucking awesome and basically Ming the Merciless in D&D.
*Larloch, Feared Master of the Warlock's Crypt, is one of the few statted NPCs representative of a finalized epic-level minmaxed PC wizard, with so much shit in his arsenal he ranks as a DMPC in his own right. He's also (with a little bit of Szass Tam) the inspiration for the character of Ainz Ooal Gown from Overlord.
*Tempus, the badass bro jock god of battle.
*The world goes to hell in the 4th edition.
*After apparently being killed by one of his only friends, the god Helm survived the Spellplague in the form of a goat.
*The first 3-D CRPG was set in FR.
*Jarlaxle the dashing drow mercenary had a three way with twin copper dragon sisters named Tazmikella and Ilnezhra.
*Khelben Blackstaff has a fear of Lawyers and will do ANYTHING in his powers to avoid them, even resorting to elaborate illusions of unwanted marital scenarios to avoid lawsuits from extraplanar entities (I am not making this up)
*The setting is so high magic that even before the current established era in 3.5 and onward, even back in Ancient Netheril, there were FUCKING LICHES EVERYWHERE.
*The God of Vampires does not give a fuck, do not try to make him, he will just try to eat you and fuck with you on his layer of the Abyss.
*His high priest fucks Lolth, and this is the reason why Drow like vampires so much
*The last time a vampire gave a shit in FR, he nearly conquered Baldur's Gate itself solo, but got his ass kicked because he went ahead of a forty-thousand undead strong army with a macguffin that literally made him an Elder Evil, by technicality of demigod level strength which would have been even more broken anyway as he was a base vampire + vampire Lord
*Minsc was petrified, turned into stone, and kept preserved until marketing would call upon him again for a lackluster comic book series that is only good for shilling 5th edition products as bad as Neverwinter Online did and Siege of Dragonspear

Forgotten Realms And Sex
The current Forgotten Realms material is highly sanitized from Ed's original vision. In FR as created by Ed:

*Bi-sexuality is normal (and yes, this means the men as well as the women)
*"Revels" (sex orgies) are normal
*"Festhalls" (brothels) are in every small village and visiting them is normal way to spend evening.
*Prostitution is the main industry of Forgotten Realms, "sex workers" are everywhere and there are about 100 different names for different kinds of prostitutes.
*Incest is normal way for families to "indulge feelings of mutual affection"
*Public city-wide orgies are the way to celebrate major holidays

All of this is confirmed by Ed Greenwood himself, from Ed's responses to fan queries on the Candlekeep forum.
So Saith Ed here, here, and here. It's also all completely, 100% canon thanks to Ed's ludicrously favorable contract; other writers can try to dance around the creepy shit, but they can't outright contradict anything or else the whole setting falls into Ed's greasy, sticky hands.

Of course, this isn't exactly out of place in certain historical periods and cultures (Greeks, in particular the Etruscans, were known for having frequent orgies and the nobility of many cultures like Hawaiians and the Ptolemy Egyptians practiced sibling incest so as to aviod muddling the bloodline with peasant genome; Rome had all of the above at various points), so some individual cultures or nations with this going on probably wouldn't be off the mark... but when the whole damn world is into this stuff,it's not treated as a problem and there's no sign of things changing, then clearly the author has something on his mind.

In short, the Forgotten Realms are Ed Greenwood's magical realm cleaned up by TSR and later Hasbro for general consumption, and the Romantic Encounters mod for Baldur's Gate is probably canon.

In the published 5e adventures, there are several "blink and you could miss it" moments, mostly involving LGBT+ inclusion. Two men sharing a bed, a married pair of male porters, a gnome settlement with two kings, and a shopkeeper with nonbinary pronouns all appear in 5e adventures. Very little attention is drawn to these, however.
WTF

FAPP: Erotic Sexventures is an extremely NSFW furry eroRPG made by a gnoll named Kah. Worshipers of Slaanesh probably play this game. The Magical Realm of Jizzral is (in the words of the author) "so faggoty that it jizzes onto other nearby planes to make them more like itself, in a phenomenon known as the Fappening." Combat in the game mostly consists of players and NPCs trying to rape each other, as a side effect of the Fappening makes affected denizens impossible to kill (though despite this, rules for non-fetish-based combat exist, so you can play as a band of warriors cleansing their world of the unholy taint or completely ignore the furry crap and use it like a regular RPG). This game contains rules for just about every fetish and paraphilia in existence. It has rules for inflicting damage by putting a diaper on your opponent, and there is a character class that specializes in using sexual fluids as a weapon. All of this is lovingly detailed in a complete asset pack for MapTool, because even the author is capable of recognizing that people who want to play this shit face-to-face should be lynched. The game has three different editions: Basic Fapp (no longer supported), Fappfinder, and Advanced Fapp.

Rules (Advanced Fapp)
Select Age, Size, Nature (what substance(s) your character is made of, expect rubber furries), Assets (what body parts you have, such as Ass or Cock for example), Mutations, and Kinks. Your stats are Power, Stamina, Speed, Ego, Will, and Insight and each has a cap of 5. Your hitpoint are equal to 10 plus your Stamina stat plus your size modifier. You start with 20 (or more) AP you can spend on stats and actions. The game does not use experience points, instead you gain more AP whenever the Game Master decides to reward you with it. Stats determine how many d6 you roll when making a check. Instead of adding the values of the d6 together, you count how many of them roll above the check. For example, if you attack the opponent's ass with your cock, you roll one dice for each point you have in Power, and deal one point of damage for each dice that rolls higher than the target's Endurance. If you have Advantage, you reroll all of the dice and take whichever set of rolls would do more damage. And after rolling the dice, you are required by the rules to roleplay the results. During each turn you get two actions which can be used to declare a normal attack or use a class action. Even when it isn't your turn you can use a swift action, which you get back at the start of your turn.

Character Classes
Character classes do not have levels. Instead, you spend points to purchase actions from a class. You may only have actions from up to two classes.

* Beguiler: Uses various psychic powers to charm their opponents and invoke new kinks.
* Cumslinger: Basically a Gunslinger or Ranger who fights by shooting enemies with ridiculous amounts of semen or other fluids.
* Fiend: Wielder of demonic magic. Capable of applying multiple conditions and natures.
* Fleshcrafter: Taps into the power of the Fappening to warp their own body or the body of others. Can add or remove assets and mutations to self or others.
* Matron/Patron: You are a MILF or a DILF. Abilities include healing, nature magic, and pregnancy.
* Rektyl: Focuses on swallowing enemies whole and grossing them out.
* Stud/Amazon: Fights enemies and fucks them raw with their brute strength.
* Tantrist: Practitioner of mystical martial arts and resisting temptation.
* Technomancer: Only usable in modern or sci-fi settings. Fights with the power of technology. Useful for fighting against or supporting digital or metallic creatures.
* Twink/Mynx: Submissive but agile and sneaky.

Books
Free
* Fapp Primer - Only contains the rules for character creation and combat in Basic Fapp. Very simple rules with no character classes.
* Advanced Fapp - Now with character classes and more complex rules.
* Fappfinder - A fan creation with character classes designed to be compatible with Pathfinder.
* Filth Folio - A book of dirty and disgusting characters.
* Zanthrone - A book set in the nation of the aforementioned name, containing potions of various bodily transformations.
Purchase
* Fapp: Core Rulebook - Contains the rules for Basic Fapp and introduces the setting of Jizzral. Later remade into Rotgut Rampage and compatible with Advanced Fapp instead.
* Fapp: Balls Deep In Duat - The Fappening spreads to a new world based on ancient Egypt.
* Fapp: Ass Effect - Science fiction setting.
* Fapp: Hard Heroes - Superhero setting. Takes place in a different universe from Jizzral, set in a Fappened location called Babylon City.
* Fapp: Landsmeat - Returns back to the world of Jizzral for an adventure involving an important meeting between barbarian tribes.
* Fapp: Endgame - Modern day gamers get trapped in Jizzral by playing an MMORPG.
* Fapp: Monster Balls - Pokémon, Digimon, and other types of Mons leak into the world of Jizzral and are collected by the gamers trapped in Jizzral in the previous book.
* Fapp: Dragon Layer - As you may suspect, you get to fuck dragons here. Most likely the biggest reason why you're interested in this furry trash of an RPG in the first place.
* Fapp: Yiff in Hell - Probably the closest thing to a traditional RPG adventure as you're gonna get as you run around fucking demons to try and prevent an all-out invasion from Hell.
* Fapp: Fuck U - School setting. Takes place in the same location as Hard Heroes.
* Fapp: Cyberjunk (Coming Soon) - This expansion will focus on the cyberpunk genre, featuring tons of cyborgs, synths, punks, and futuristic tech.
