The <s>Desolator</s> '''[[Fail|Desolation]] Squads''' are the newest addition to the Primaris roster as of Strike Force Agastus. Following the traditions of the Eldar, this primaris unit takes an idea off of the [[Dark Reapers]] and somehow outderped them in terms of design and usability. It would only be so long until the Orks inspired someone else for once, though the [[Infernus Heavy Bolter]] was probably designed on a similar basis.

==Overview==
The Desolation Squad has been directly compared to the [[Devastator Squad]]s of the firstborn marines, being the ones that carry the heavy weapons (albeit limited to explosives, with the other weapons the Devastators use being covered by [[Intercessor|Heavy Intercessors]], [[Hellblaster]]s with Heavy Plasma Incinerators, [[Eradicator]]s, and [[Eliminator]]s with las-fusils). Their heavy weapon of choice is a [[fail|hilarious-looking]] [[Castellan Launcher]] which can be fired indirectly as well as a selection between Super-Frag and Super-Krak missiles. Their sergeant is equipped with a “Vengor Launcher” that allows it to indirectly attack at enemies when your other troops can’t target them. What makes them so super? Well, maybe the 10th edition codex will tell us. It's probably related to the [[Hammerfall Bunker]]'s weapons.
