Editing Planet generator

Revision as of 22:43, 6 January 2022 by 1d4chan>Veritos Halm (Undo revision 803804 by 142.165.83.185 (talk) It has to be so. Normally you do a 1d100 for each type of defence a planet has. The percentage threshold usually differs by the type of planet If the rolled number is superior to the percentage threshold then that planet doesn't get that option. The Tech Modifier changes slightly that. A Higher tech planet can lower its roll thus less chance of crossing the threshold and viceversa.)
