==Mechanics==

Lost Source uses a 1d100 roll under system as the core mechanic, including degrees of success or failure for every ten percentile points above or below the target you roll. In an opposed test, the goal is to have a greater margin of success (or less margin of error) than your opponent. Ties are determined by having the best base attribute, with ties there being resolved by the GM with a preference for "nothing happens". 

Core attributes / characteristics / statistics (the source currently uses all these terms interchangeably) are:
* HP / Vitality
* Strength
* Dexterity
* Mobility
* Processor
* Hardening
* Firewall
* Encumbrance
* Mass
* Perception 
* Psyche
* Source

Like many /tg/ projects the mechanics are heavy on ideas a light on consistency. To quote the current PDF: "WHAT THE $!%$%## IS CARRYING CAPACITY AND WHY DOES IT NOT SEEM TO APPLY TO
