==Geography==
Netheril encompassed what would now is the Anauroch desert, and was split between "High" and "Low" Netheril. High Netheril included the snooty magic-users, their followers, and everyone else who could afford to live on the '''Enclaves''' -- flying city-states all led by their most powerful Arcanists. There were ''at least'' 54 named Enclaves, and were considered centers of learning and enlightment, as far as snooty magocracies go.

Low Netheril was made up of the small towns and villages called '''Demesnes''' led by minor Arcanists who had not yet level-grinded enough experience points to lift their holdings up into the skies. Commoners weren't really given much respect, so its no wonder many didn't have a good opinion on wizards, and instead turned to the Gods for comfort.
